I liked your advice about using a decanter for water on the table. You seem very comfortable in front of a camera like you’ve been doing this for a long time.

I also collect decanters. I even use one for mouthwash. I put one of the matching glasses beside it. I get a lot of compliment on it. I just needed somewhere else to stick one.😂 Then bedside I have water. No flowers, I'm afraid of staining the glass. I saw a green glass dog decanter. All of mine are clear or colored. I need that dog and a pink glass set. I will have about all of them ( or all I need ) then. I learn to love then as a small child. My grandmother watch soaps! I remember they always poured a drink from a sbiney glass decanter. I have some full of whiskey, I'm just not a big drinker! Enjoyed the furniture and your ideas...... 🌹

I have a few pieces of furniture from second hand stores over the years .... even found a nice vintage curio cabinet on the street ... Found an amazing mirror by the side of the road ..and I found a dining table with 4 inserts downstairs of my building .... I wish the camera person would stop moving back and forth .... 😩 Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾

Thank you for the good advice to look at 2nd hand shops for our furniture pieces.

I go to garage sales and go through my list asking for things. 9 times out of 10 I walk away with something I was looking for.

It would be great to know prices....lookingbat the quality of this furniture I doubt if anybody will want to butcher a valuable piece of classic furniture from a maker like Kittinger, Widdicomb, Baker, White Fine Furniture, etc. PS, you showed the same desk twice. Your optimism is so inspiring! I believe by "empowering" others, you mean to say "encouraging" others to go out and find inspiration. Of course, you may have a rabidly dedicated cult of many thousands of followers, in that case, empowering is acceptable.😂

Question for you! I love vintage sofas and chairs. Any tips on how to assess the quality and construction of the item before purchasing? I don't want to buy a sofa that's going to break after a couple of weeks of sitting on it.
