Thank you, Adam, for the information about Splash Mountain. As you may know, Atlanta's oldest house museum is The Wren's Nest, home of Uncle Remus author Joel Chandler Harris. That would be great if The Wren's Nest would acquire some of that Splash Mountain memorabilia. As a freelance journalist for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, I've done a good bit of research on Joel Chandler Harris who was NOT a segregationist. As a columnist for The Atlanta Constitution, he began writing the Uncle Remus tales, which had been told to him by slaves who lived on a plantation. He was a newspaper apprentice for the plantation owner before being hired by the Atlanta newspaper. His intention was to preserve the tales of African folklore, which are still among the goals of The Wren's Nest.

"Bubblers" in lakes and ponds are typically aerators: they bring the cold water up from the bottom, to mix with the very warm waters at the surface. This is done to help minimize the growth of algae, and keep oxygen moving... 🦆🐊🐢

On the note of that Chuck E Cheese's that you mentioned, actually it was announced that there will only be one location left that has the full animatronic band. In fact, it's my local one, right here in Northridge, California. So next time you're back in L.A., maybe swing by and take a look at the last full band. Last Friday, they even had a full re-dedication ceremony that I almost went to but couldn't due to other reasons. It was really cool though because they even had Nolan Bushnell, who is the founder of Chuck E Cheese's as well as Atari.

That's awesome, I've been to that one in Northridge for a birthday party, I had no idea that particular Chucky was the last one standing! It's good that they preserve it! I wonder if the overwhelming popularity of "Five Nights At Freddy's" has anything to do with this recent re-dedication ceremony. Very interesting!

Challenge- get a waterproof GPS/AirTag type device, secure it to a small floatable implement and let it off on the Water St canal then track it on your phone 🤓
Good morning Adam 🌞 thanks for sharing this, i love antique malls as well, there's always something you might not see the last time being in there, lol i like vintage records and cds and DVDs and vintage Magazines real movie posters that were at theaters. Oh I loved that Antique Mall, I would have been in there for hours. You got some nice items in there, I have collected for.years and love finding vintage Mickey stuff, tho I did sell almost all my pin collection at my garage sale a few years ago….It’s a good investment to buy the stuff you have……you can either look at it in your old age, or sell it all and have that last trip to Disney, 🐿️🎄☕️
Angelyne the billboard queen 💅🏻
I had that record player when I was a boy
Thank you Adam...
Adam, the bubbling up sections are aerators to keep the water from going stagnant/murky.
Alot of cool stuff. Does Tom has 6 toes lol. It looked like it at the end. 😂😂
When you called out, '"SURPRIZE" at the end of the vlog, I jumped! Keep that as a future running gag.
Moving to Orlando area the first of the Year. The Antique Mall will be so nice to visit more often. We visit it when we can while on vacation there.
That Mall changes merch so often you have to keep checking it every few months as you know now. Wow, there are so many different things in there, I'm surprised you didn't run into more merch from Universal Studios!
Thank you Adam. ❤😊 luv splash mountain. Did happen to see VHS Song the Song movie!! I want it!!😊
Adam after 5 nights at Freddys I believe Chuck E Cheese animatronics have been “erased from existence “. Lol
That reference pic of the Canadian pavilion with the tiki pole was carved by Leroy of oceanic arts! Sick pic!
I worked security for a Smith's concert. The audience rushed the stage and we lost all control of the house . Wild. Canada's Wonderland in the 80s.
The pink car reminds me of Molly Maid.
Nomadic Fanatic is drooling on those mickey stuff 🤑
"Bubblers" in lakes and ponds are typically aerators: they bring the cold water up from the bottom, to mix with the very warm waters at the surface. This is done to help minimize the growth of algae, and keep oxygen moving... 🦆🐊🐢

It’s to aerate the water.
You and I are very alike I love love love anything labeled mgm studios. Also love any old literature of disney. Love going to used book stores looking for good stuff
The friends was a kids meal plate and came with a matching cup. They both glow in the dark.
Evertime im in the area visiting family, I like to stop at that antique mall.

The bubbles in the lake - having worked in the park & rec area, I believe the bubbles are needed to churn the water so as to avoid the water being contaminated with avian botulism.
Love The Smiths & The Killers!
Cool. Place I wanna go
That Dragon looks like the one from chocolate kingdom. Could be from the old location next to fun spot Kissimmee
its an aerator for man made ponds. Somewhere there should be an overflow pipe. These ponds are usually devoid of life.
Dude the bubbles are a air raiding system to keep the water clean! Lol.
I think the frisbee was the plate for the kids meal. Then you got to keep it as a souvenir.
Adam, come to NJ and have a meet-up. There's a ton of cool things in NJ. And F the haters Adam. You're a great guy who's helped a lot of KZreadrs get started. You're as down to earth as a man could be. Keep rolling brother!
Nomadic Fanatic is going to make a beeline for that shop!
