I am not ready to get started on this new painting project, but just found your video and am overjoyed to see you work with silver pieces. I did some Goodwill shopping just over a year ago and picked up 2 silver (?) lamps that are old with 1 I am thinking might have been a Tiffany. Once the Country got shut down, I started giving things back to Goodwill but something said just hang on to those...NOW, I know what to do with them including I think I'll probably MAKE a Lampshade for the presumed Tiffany...they both are very heavy and in my eyes, gorgeous...so thanks for this video and I look forward to watching your others too.

I'm not a grandma (though old enough to be I guess) but just call me grandma because I loved all those pieces as they were lol! I like tarnished silver stuff. But also loved everything you did and my fav is the little white tray distressed back to show silver details. So pretty!

@@JuliesDesignsandSigns I just LOVE the things you share. I too have so much silver. And yes it is true since I started buying it I have become overloaded and no longer knew what to do since it doesn't sell like it used to. Watching these videos gives me hope so I will be trying some painting soon. Those oval pictures with surrounded frames came from homco. Some of them the back of the frame will say made in Italy. I have a bunch of those as well along with the smaller ones that you see. I can't wait to try those. I was wondering if you thought about light dry brushing the picture under the glass letting that dry. Putting it back in the glass and then adding your mold to the outside like you did then paint and distress the little bird. I'm just thinking of the best technique where you could still see the flowers kind of like through a frog and then of course just stress the outer metal like you did I might try that at some point because I like the look of the flowers as well

Loved all of them. I just found some tarnished trays and I have had the 2 oval concave pictures since in the 1970's. I can finally put them all together and they look beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
