Very nice video. I had a reasonably solid case a few years ago. Unfortunately I don't live in the US and attorneys in 3rd World countries are not held to the same standards of ethics.

I suggest you reach out to an attorney in Greensboro. Try searching for an employment attorney near you on google.

My dad worked at this factory for 28 years and he is 60 years old. The last year he had to have surgery on his back and was unable to do what he used to be able to do. He missed alot of work and when he came back He asked his job for help and said he needed another employee on his shift because he was third shift all alone. They would promise him they were going ro find someone but necer did. He got so frustrated one day he said he quit. The next week he tried to talk to them and they wouldnt even speak to him. I feel like he made a terrible decision quitting like that but he said it was so bad there he couldnt take it anymore. Is there anythi g he can do ?

What if the employer is doing everything in their power to transfer their assets in an attempt to be judgement proof few months before trial? Can this be tracked? Or if the corporation weren’t properly capitalized deliberately in order to escape liability? It’s obviously shady practices.

Yes, there are ways to track the assets and still collect the judgment when an employer tries to evade a judgment. But, it can be significantly more difficult to collect when a defendant is trying to evade.

You should challenge yourself and become an employment lawyer in Texas. Employment law is crazy in Texas. California is too easy 😒

Sounds a lot like ur trying to say that some employers are real scumbags and I'll never find an attorney to that can bring him to justice. And sadly enough, when I have the local PD on site with plenty of evidence that a crime has occured, I'm told to deal with that civilly. How am I supposed to obtain proof? Well from what u say, I can't his I just business practices will go unpunished and ultimately my termination will be in vane. Correct?
