Hello Maria! I like 3 because there's a hallway and two large windows in the living room.

The first one was the best. With some creative decorating the odd corners could make it more interesting and artistic than regular rectangular rooms. Lots of good stuff at IKEA for small oddly shaped rooms. If you’ve got time to decide, maybe best to look at a few more options. Have a great day!

Well Maria, out of three apartments, I personally liked the first one. Yes, when you showed corners, I was like oh Lord! How to deal with those corners... haha... but then I straight away thought about IKEA, and you mentioned later about it as well. Second one looked very weird to me, and it looked like as you were in a closed/ compact cage. Third one is an absolute no!!! I believe for the first apartment, you can easily find some furniture from IKEA to manage the corners, for instance, some bean bags, small detachable couches and soft rugs to place on the floors etc. Indeed, family is important! In that apartment, hopefully you all can have a good time. Wish you all the best!!!! I reckon your friend from Moscow is coming over. The room 3 is my favourite. It just needs a good clean. After that number 1. No balcony is a big no no for apartement 2 🙈

I think #3 looked okay because it was bigger and looked more spacious. But since you liked #1 the most, I think it would be a really fun to decorate and there's so so much you can do with corners! I'm sure you'll make it look amazing no matter what! Lots of love❤

Loved the new apartment number 1, you’re right with the corners point but you’re creative and surely will make it work! That light and huge window is amazing! Also no 3 wasn’t bad you might have judged it because it wasn’t clean :)

I liked the first one some much it’s bright and has so many windows plus a balcony and the view was nicer then apartment 2-3 ....don’t worry about the corners like u said ikea is your best friend .. I’m sure u can make it a beautiful space and a relaxing space after long flights xo

#1 would work if you measure carefully and bring your floor plan to ikea--they are great at helping with fitting the right pieces. For me so weird angles would drive me crazy as I like things orderly. As another commenter (Gbenro?) suggested, you can also hire a cleaner to tidy up #3. Great view and you LOVE having your balcony. Apartment number 1! The view is beautiful!

I would choose no. 1. I like odd angles. You will need a lot of creativity in order to properly arrange your furniture, of course. But you won't have problems with that, because you are a creative person. Concerning the nice open space in front of the balcony I would be careful. As far as I know Dubai, it won't take long and there will be another construction site. Good luck and always happy landings!

Definitely number 1. They all look very similar though. Are they all in the same building? All the kitchens and bathrooms look alike. But I think you’ll be able to work out the angles in the first one. Plus it has the best views.

Maria, I live in a flat where the bedroom is triangle shape!!! But I like it, because I have put plants in the corners so it feels very cool and funky. Maybe you can try this with apartment #1. Otherwise wait until there is a better option because #2 and #3 were not right :)

Those aparments are so weird!! jaja I lvoe flat n° 2..it's beautiful...but so close to construction is a bad idea, you need to be in a quiet place to have a good rest. Maybe n° 1 is better if you feel like moving. Now... I hope I dont sound creepy, but I don't have many friends right now, and I feel you're almost like a close friend, always so positive and such a good energy.

Мне понравилась 1 и 3 квартиры.. Балкон -это огромный плюс. Да, первая квартира чуть лучше. Ее можно обставить мебелью по минимуму (из-за углов),например в Икеи есть много мебели, которую подогнать по размеру можно. А также можно поставить раскладной диван-кровать в зал, и например проектор установить вместо телевизора.

I agree flat 1 will be to difficult to arrange your furniture. I think flat 2 will be ok if you can open the window where you have a nice view. You can set a chair and small table by the window to have coffee or tea while you have a nice view and hopefully fresh air if the window opens, it will almost be the same as balcony.

Flat 2 is the best but no balcony lets it down. If you could find flat 2 with a balcony that'd be the best option. Flat 1, the weird angles with furniture will feel claustrophobic. Check there are enough plug sockets in these new builds, and also what floor its on, as if too high the lift can take ages during peak times! I've seen similar apartments with my sister in Abu Dhabi in the past.

Nice apartment tour ! Actually I thought all apartments were fine, but maybe none was perfect. #1 had the odd angles, #2 no balcony, #3 seemed a bit old. I bet it is your friend who lives in Moscow, Natasha ! I love Natasha she is a really fun person.

The corners can be very nice because it gives you different areas of the room. with the bed..yes, this might be difficult, but I think you can make it very inspirational. Im for apartment number one as well. ;)

i ll vote for flat 1 too .. but it looks kinda wierd like u said ... i mean how can u even keep your bed lol ... but still 1 was far more better than other two..! i hope you ll choose 1 or just stay where you are right now .. you live there most than your guests so you should feel comfy first before them .. if im not wrong xx love you Maria ..always and always ❤

The first flat was the best but you can find better It s better to make your choice when you find a flat where you feel very fine

Обожаю видео про квартиры и интерьеры, дизайн 1я очень светлая. Понравилась больше всего. Вид хороший с окна 2я возле стройки и окна на соседей выходят. Без балкона. Не очень. 3я по планировке не понравилась. Спальня прям у входной двери. И думаю все кто будут ходить будут будить тебя. И окна выходят к соседям. Не вариант))

The second one is a bit better than the first one because of all the angles plus it is bigger, yet the first one is a bit brighter than the second one and has a balcony. Maybe there are more options out there to keep your options open. Best of luck!

Flat 1 is the best, go for it, has a bakcony, no instruction view. Don't worry about the odd shape, u can manage it

Hi Maria, well...the first one is interesting and looks like its in a new suburb. so, the view is still clear. However, the shape is gonna make it hard to furnish. Nbr 2, is better, because of the layout and it has a balcony. But you are looking at buildings, so it feels a bit a crowded and not much privacy. I didnt like the 3rd one. Perhaps, you want to check out a few more places. Best of luck :-)

1st apartment is not good. There are many corners in the room, a kitchen near the entrance and the total area is too small. But there is a balcony, and this is a plus. 2nd apartment 50/50, but better than the first 3rd apartment is better (IMHO). The forms and placement of rooms are good. And there is a balcony if you want it. Wish you to make a good choice!

I like number 1 the most, have a look at Ikea for inspiration xx

I think flat 1 is good but for me flat 2 us my favourite. I know it's got no balcony but it's the best space I think. Re flat 1 you may have to get custom furniture for it and that might be costly. That's another plus for flat 2

Hi maria. In my opinion dont choose flat2 i believe what you said the energy that you felt when you visit that flat. In fungshui its not good if there 2 doors same size facing each other, thats what i found in flat2. In flat1 which is you like but im not sure if your totally like because of the edges. Better ask the agent if theres more to show. Im sure they have a lot of rooms to show specially for a lovely lady like you. Goodluck.

Flat no 1 is too small and had too many angles 🙃 , flat no 2 not bad but I didn’t like how the bathroom right next to the kitchen ( it’s actually inside the kitchen🤔😷) so not so good also it’s gonna be noisy du to the building next to you., flat no 3 seems the best one although it’s a bit old , it’s bigger and the bathrooms and kitchen in the right place 😅 so a little bit decoration and cleaning it will be perfect 👌🏻❤️

I liked number 3. I know first impressions were not the best, but it had a balcony and the kitchen looked big.

Room # 1 Corners are made for vases. Nothing beats a room with a wide open view.

In my opinion, the most comfortable apprtment its 1 one. Becayse it has good view and clean and light...i think good energy. These angles can make apprtment more personalised. 2 apprtment is bad because of view...you will have in your room this building view...not very relaxing... 3 apprtment is the worst. :) Good luck with choice

Мария, здравствуйте. смотрю ваши ролики с зимы,очень вы импонируете,и буду продолжать вас смотреть.Я начинающий консультант фэн-шуй, и глядя бегло на эти три квартиры могу сходу сказать кое что про эти квартиры, о том ,что видно сразу: в первой квартире минусом является пустырь за окном.и многочисленнве углы в комнатах. Во второй квартире плохо что из входной двери видно дверь и окно.точнее сказать,что образуется сквозная линия:входная-дверь спальни-окно спальни. Энергия будет проскакивать не задерживаясь в квартире. В третьей пока что не увидела ничего плохого,из окон соседей видно-это лучше чем пустырь,стройка или железная дорога.и хорошо что не кладбище. Но! Опять же,я не могу сказать что какаято квартира очень хорошая,тк здесь нужен индивидуальный рассчет под жильцов. Для ваших дальнейших поисков могу порекомендовать некоторые моменты,,на которые лучше сразу обращать внимание,тк квартиры в аренду и вы врядли сможете чтото изменить: смотрите,чтобы войдя во входную дверь не было напротив двери зеркал или санузла. (В этих трех вариантах не было ни зеркала ни туалета напротив входа,что хорошо) . Зеркало не должно отражать спальное и рабочее место и место готовки еды. Избегайте дробных зеркал.лучше одно большое целое,чем сложенное ккак пазл из частей. Про панорамные окна -это зависит от ваших персональных показателей,могут быть вам полезны,могут не полезны.ну а остальные нюансы можно сказать только видя план квартиры и стороны света. Так же важный критерий,это зона входа в квартиру.но это я сказать не могу,не видя на какую сторону света попадает вход и без просчета благоприятных и неблагоприятных ваших зон.

Про пустырь ,возможно,зря напугала так сразу. Если вам полезен огонь,то и пустырь в пустыне тоже полезен будет.это можно узнать только рассчитав.

I like a more elaborate kitchen area, especially island cooking areas. I enjoy entertaining friends by preparing or cooking food in front of them. I have NEVER met a woman that did not enjoy watching me prepare something special for them, must be my knife skills?

самая лучшая вторая квартира, даже то что там нет балкона, думаю это не так важно. там много света, много места и можно нормально разместить мебель) первая вообще не понравилась, кухня прям при входе, это не очень уютно. третья квартира тоже хорошая. если бы выбирала я, то выбирала бы либо 2 либо 3. если важен балкон, то 3.

I like the apartment number#1. You need to be creative and then you will figure out how to manage the decoration. What was you mixing in the water? You said salt and carbonate sodium? Do you mean sodium bicarbonate?

Hi Maria. I don't like any of the flats. They are too small. As for me, I would feel suffocated in such small flats. Also, the shape of the flats does not look alright to my eyes. I think you should keep searching. Larger space would be more convenient to live in and to offer larger space for your family and other guests. Lots of love! xox
