i flagged as many quests as i could just talking to npc's in Bastok. So naturally I've been stuck on the quest since before the eco warrior updates. They sound productive.
Yes, please fix mog house setpoint because there are some of us forgetful to update homepoint after job changes and get killed and then get a long walk back home.
Windower has the SkillChains add on. It's lovely.

Someone mentioned that moon gate is the only merit spot at 75. Have you tried purgo isle? I was able to get 2 merit/hr without ring on birds and fish with only 3 DD/nin, rdm/nin puller, healer, support. 4 DD might kill too fast. I was also seeing people meriting in Den of Rancor too, but never been to that camp before. There's got to be more than moon gate, now I'm curious about all the merit areas.
