i don't think they sell those. It seems like they only give them to content creators/hosts and sometimes, if you're lucky, they might do a giveaway. On the 23rd of this month, first day of world finals, you can enter a raffle to win some CRL merch by playing the sudden death challenge (you don't need to win, just playing enters you into the raffle). They might sell them at the physical location of the World Finals in Helsinki but that's about it.
Surgical Goblin will win.
