The plan is top notch, I like the size of widows and even roofing was done by an expert, I like living room. Master bedroom, the other bedrooms and the washrooms were not perfectly done.

whats the cost of building a wall fence 100 by 100 plot? using either stones or bricks am from the western part of kenya , stones are sold at 75 bob, while bricks at 10 bob

Nice house... not very complicated.... apart from the gypsum ceiling. My house can't hv gypsum ceiling. Otherwise nice design. 🎉

The kitchen where the sockets for cooker are is not advisable. The electrician didn't check safety measures.

we have a socket here for external water pumps and cooker. We will change when i redo the painting. The guys who did the electricals also did the entire plumbing installations.

There was a fault with the lighting system it was not supposed to flicker. Its now fixed

Hello Isaac, what is the benefit of gypsum. My house was built in the 80s. The ceiling is the old type of soft board and my night mare is bats. Please advice me as I am planning to do a new ceiling and something that can prevent the bats. Also advice me on the best roofing materials. I mean strong mabati.

Get a good roofer and make sure there are no gaps..to let in Bats ..Gypsium if well done is easier to manage and beutify with professional painting..thats my view.

There is a full rear exit door from Kitchen to rear porch.There is also a ramp for disabled wheelchair access on the side outside besides the rear staircase.?At time of Izaacs visit my caretaker forgot to unlock this rear door for Isaac to Use.Thank you for asking.

No leakages at all since construction.The roofing was done by a proper roofer.

Building is not furniture. Please concentrate on the structure.
