B-9 sufficient Nahi hai 3 flight Hona, agar staircase width 3.5' dete hai toh, 3.5'+3.5'=7', bachega 9-7=2', aur 2' Mai bas 2 step banpaega, which is not good, kamsekam harek flight me 4-5 step Hona Chahiye, so agar B-10.5, rahta toh 2nd flight me 4 step hojate,...hope you a nice day...

Desakte hee, par apka Jo staircase banane ke liye Jo space Hona chaeye Woh minimum 9 feet Hona chaeye, Means space size 9'x10' ho toh desakte.

As per vastu sastra, puja Ghar Nahi Bana sakte hai, bas staircase ke नीचे घर का Household समान सब रखसकते है, कोई Valuable item Nahi Hona chahiye Jaise paisa, गहना |
