This band is ridiculous live. They have SO much energy and the vocalist hits every note. Definitely worth seeing them if you can.

The release of energy that comes from 2:26 gives me goosebumps.

Met my dream girl, introduced her to Thousand Below and she liked this song the most. Now that we've gone our separate ways, the lyrics of this song mean so much more to me. Damn I miss her

I discovered this song through Spotify while shuffling through radio stations, and what a gem I found. The band in general is f'n awesome. But this song in particular cuts deep to the emotions I was going through a couple of months back. A break-up usually is never easy, especially after a 6 year+ relationship. It was a tough couple of months for me, some people take longer than others to get over someone they "loved". I can say, I was pretty lucky in that I got completely over my ex after 3 months or so, which is quicker than what I expected, but the first two montns felt like a damn eternity. I don't mean to pour out my own sob story into a KZread comment section, but as I said before, this song cuts deep to what I went through. So a little message to anyone going through a similar situation, obviously the reasons vary, but if you find yourself going through a dark hole, dwelling with "what if" thoughts, whether you have a good foundation of family and friends to be there for you ( which can definitely help) or you're a lone wolf. At the end of the day, you have to be the one in control, pick your face off the ground, and get your ass back up. You'll eventually have to tell yourself that, and be the one to take action. It's not going to be easy, sometimes it'll feel like you may never get over it. Your mind may even go into darker places, where you feel like you need to numb yourself, maybe think substance abuse, alcohol, maybe even contemplate suicide. Those aren't EVER the right answer. So, DON'T even go there. The sadness and sorrow and variety of other emotions one goes through when dealing with a break up is inevitable, you just gotta go through it, but trust me, it's not forever. Stay strong yall. P.s. I was skeptical at first. Most of Riserecords new bands they put out usually suck... but this was actually pretty damn good.
