yes this is aqeeda of ahlus sunna wal jamaah...the noor is specially created by Allah and not part of Allah..just like hazrat issa as is call spirit of Allah or Kaaba is call house of Allah..

When Maulana Thanvi rehmaullah mentions Noor he defines the soul of the Prophet saw as being Noor. Barelvis belief that Prophet saw is from the Noor of Allah in Human form Noori Bashar. Therefore denying that Prophet saw is human

No the Barelvi Aqeedah is that the light of RasoolAllah peace be upon him him is a unique light from every other light just for RasoolAllah. Not that aoozubillah RasoolAllah peace be upon him is directly made from ALLAH azzawajal's light (la hawla wala quwata!)

This idea of 'moon god' must have come when Christians have the cross, they attribute the cross as a symbol for there god, Hindu idol worship is similar. Islam does not recognise the symbols like a moon or sun as a representative of ALLAH. Islam is based on monotheistic belief unlike paganism. Any moon crescent you see on mosques now very few have it is a symbol either of Pakistan or from the ottoman era which was adapted from there flags or just a sign of decoration. Which is different to Christians who use the cross or pagan idols being attributed to God while the moon is not attributed to God or any worship to it in Islam. It's better to confirm from a Muslim rather then just using 'rumoured hearsays'
