    This is really helpful thanks so much! Could i ask, for side flexing, i have been taught to put one hand on the top of the head, but i have forgotten which side should be on the head. Would you recommend putting the left hand on the head for right side flexion, or the left hand on the head for left side flexion, please?:)

    What if adding breathing (as you mentioned at the end) actually reduced the clients sx?

    Can you please Go more deep, If someone has a little bump on T10 or T11 with only a sensationel Feeling with No pain at that Point during Motion or Rest
