Actually, we already have a comic, (JLA/Avengers), where both fight, and in the end the winner is Superman, although he himself admitted that it was a very tough fight and that it was one of the hardest fights he had (Thor didn't had the Odin Force tho). altough was a crossover comic, so currently the results may be different in the comics and also the Cinematografic universe.
