Country crooner Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins have been married for 10 years and have four adorable daughters. In a recent episode of Lauren's podcast "Live in Love," she and her husband got candid about her struggle with postpartum depression following the birth of their fourth daughter Lillie Carolina in 2021.

PPD can suck. Mindfulness meditation offered some great relief. There's a short book called "30 Days to Reduce Depression" by Harper Daniels that offered some help to learn mindfulness.
