This is one of my favorite songs of your grandpas thank u for keeping his music alive u sound so much like him

I grew up listening to Johnny and always loved him. I was so sad when I heard about his passing. I actually even remember exactly where I was when I heard it. His museum was one of the few places I wanted to go when I went to Nashville. THIS song....when I watched his video of this the first time, it literally made me cry. He seemed to have so much regret for his life that it was so sad to me. (By the way, I named my last car June LOL) Thomas Gabriel killed it in this song. Sounds SO much like him, it's uncanny.

Johnny Cash was always someone who I kept close to my heart and I still cry listening to his music because a great man is gone. When I first heard you sing I cried too, but this time it was because he may be gone Legends live on forever in so many ways. And you are one of the ways your grandfather is living on.

Just my opinion and of course who am I when I’m not part of their family to say, but I feel he should have left this cover to grandpa. To me it was Jonny’s requiem.

Johnny is one of my favorites and WOW Thomas sounds just like his grandfather its just like listening to Johnny all over. I would definitely go to one of his concerts. Please come to Abilene Texas!!
