During live performances Thomas shares the following story of how he came up with the song: At the beginning of the Covid pandemic he returned to his parents' house in Norway. He went back to his old room - everything felt so small yet familiar - and felt the same drive and excitement about the music and life he used to feel as a kid. He wanted to put his pure, childish even, joy into music and share the thrill just as he remembered it. He moved his studio into that very room and started composing. I absolutely love the fact that they played this song twice in the live show, puts the piece on a whole new level, Thomas must love it truly.

Probably one of the best songs from Thomas and Two Steps. Watching the smiles and the fun everyone was having as they were playing this at Wacken was amazing.

Was in Düsseldorf as well. This song blew my mind and the way they jumped and danced with so much love for music in their hearts... indescribable, the corners of my mouth were at 12 o'clock after. They got me good. 😂

It's been such fun to watch Thomas and the girls perform this live on their current tour! They bring the house down. I have loved this song since it was released on Myth, and this slightly different version is also wonderful. I play it all the time! And I used to play the Kesh Jig on my pennywhistle and mandolin - I'll have to pull those instruments out and play it again.

You guys don’t know what your music means to me. I’ve been listing to all of your songs casually and I got so many valuable (both good and bad) memories related to it - keep it up and hopefully you get all the recognition you actually deserve

Just when you thought that this couldn't get more Irish, the interlude takes you back to the days of Celtic Twilight and that kind of instrumentation.

Seeing this played live in Paris was unreal ! The energy and the love everyone had for the music was absolutely gorgeous ❤️

This is such a joyous, amazing tune. I never fail to cry when I listen to it, not out of sadness, but of joy. It's such a paradox but one I love returning to time and time again.

I heard this live today during the TSFH concert in Düsseldorf! 🥳 It was such a great experience! Loved every single minute of it!💚💚💚

Yes. Undoubtedly.

I always preferred the Humanity version over the Myth version for one very good reason. At 3:19 there is a fantastic break and build up the the final drop of the song which just makes me scream with joy, myth unfortunately lacks that but I’m glad I have two versions of the same piece. I’ve been a fan for months now, but Bergersen has shot up to my favourite composer of the modern era!!

A coouple of days ago I had the honor to witness TSFH live in concert. Let me tell you if you got the chance to do so it is a beautiful experience. Thank you Thomas and Nick for this unforgetable evening.
