The meaning of this phrase (there is no power andNo strength except with Allah) is a person’s Admission that he is unable to do anythingWithout the help and support of Allaah.
No matter How great his power, energy and strength mayBecome, a person still cannot do anything withoutThe help of Allaah Who is Above all of HisCreation, the Most Great, compared to
Whom Nothing else is great. Every strong person is weakWhen compared with Allaah. Every great person isInsignificant and weak when compared with HisMight.
This sentence is uttered when some serious matter Befalls a person that he cannot cope with, or thereIs something that it is very difficult for him to Deal with.
The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abaas RA narrates that RasulAllah Sallallahualaihiwasallam said, whoever hasDifficulty/stress in life should read laa howla walaQuwwata illa billa hil aliyyil azeem in abundance
.The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-Abdullah Ibn Abaas RA Narrates that the prophet Sallallahualaihiwasallam said,Laa howla wala quwwata illa billa hil aliyyil azeem is fromThe treasures of jannah. (Bukhari & Muslim Sharif)
.The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-
The prophet Sallallahualaihiwasallam said, laaHowla wala quwwata illa billa hil aliyyil azeem is a door From one of the doors of paradise.Whoever reads laa howla wala quwwata illa billah, aAngel descends to Give good health/brings a cure for thatPerson. (Tirmidhi)
.The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-Anas bin Malik Ra narrates that the prophet Sallallahualaihiwasallam said,
whoever recites“Bismillaahi wala howla wala quwwata illa billa hil aliyyilAzeem” 10 Times, he will be purified from the sins of the past Like a new born baby.
The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-
The prophet Sallallahualaihiwasallam said, the one who Recites “Bismillaahi wala howla wala quwwata illa billa hilAliyyil azeem” 10 Times, will be protected from 70 afflictions/Hardships/difficulties in life which descend from theHeavens.
Even such a disease like Insanity/madness, one will beProtected from these kind of punishments/afflictions.
The following may suggest the translation of the hadith( mafhoom ul hadith) :-
Abu Huraira RA narrates the the prophetSallallahualaihiwasallam said, Read, la howla walaQuwwata illa billa hil aliyyil azeem Abundantly because itIs a treasure from jannah. (Tirmidhi).

You need to make dua first ur self and believe deeply that ur prayer is accepted Ur feelinh when u make dua to Allah is more powerfull than people around u Because u know ur emotions and u feel difficuilties inside u Other people cant feel that around u
