This is more fuel for my theory that the deck you play can be a factor in the matchup you get. As in, you play the top of the meta, you get a steady diet of sweats, but if you play something weird, something the game doesn't recognize as one of the "good decks"... the game cuts you a break. It would explain a lot of the crazy results I see in videos, like Cozy's improbable Agatha run a few weeks back.

I've been using a similar deck but with Kitty as well. When you get Hope out Kitty is free every turn and it works very well to help a lane get vertical. Plus, get a max power wolfsbane and then reopening a spot on the lane

Hey Alex. I wanted to thank you for putting this out there. I hit past 90 last week but then hit a slump stuck in 90s Hell all week. I'd go up to 94 and then crash to 90 and up to 94 again. I'd hit Infinite before but this season been weird with the current Discard/ Tribunal / Evo meta. This deck though... Fantastic. I just spend about an hour playing and made infinite only losing like 2 games due to locations. Thank you again for posting you're the man!

Hi fellow Canadian! Been playing since December and following you & cozy ever since. I managed to reach infinite every month so far but this current one was my hardest one (even though I have nearly all the cards and my knowledge is better). That man thing sera deck is so good. Been using a ton in ladder. I don’t love ghost in mine however as it’s too stressful to always have to worry about alioth in ladder lol. Ghost is better for conquest imo.

Replacement for brood?

Alex, once again thanks for the video. In my opinion, this should not be an event thing, this should be in the marvel snap dna. You should have buffs with certain card combos, namely with teams like X-men, Avengers, Fantastic four, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-man and Cat Woman, Iron Fist with Luke Cage, DD and Electra. That would be really cool.

Not gunna lie just playing x-men and avengers lockdown at once everything fit perfectly and I was crushing. Didn’t even need to do surfer.

Just got to infinite yesterday with Broodbird

Mailbox: Personally, we should have been able to change the color of their names on the cards. It defeats the purpose of changing the border to any color other then the name on the card. Call it OCD but it looks whack 99% of the time as they based the name title colors 99% of the time on each of these borders. I am not sure why everyone likes to destroy the background art, especially foil . You really take away the moment the art of the character was captured in minus Alioth (the only card I found so far) where it looks nice and changes the dull blackgroubd. Also, you should be able to choose more than 1 variant at a time that will randomly be added to your decks.

I've been having fun with X-men C2. It's not as good as x-men surfer (since you can't use brood in it effectively), but is fun and silly and running Shang in a "C2" catches people off guard.

Great video! Some recommendations for avengers deck would be appreciated. But get some rest first Alex 👍

Yeah surfer is good! Bynx surfer deck for this event is also really strong.

Alex not using Polaris on fisk tower made me irrationally angry haha! You WANT to pull the torch because it only has two power. If you move it one of two things should happen (not sure which): 1) it doubles from 2 power to 4, then drops to zero meaning it doubles to zero when it moves effectively nullifying the card. 2) it drops to -2 power and doubles to -4 making it a detriment The ideal play on turn 3 no matter what

Enchantress is a classic rogue substitute for ongoing nullify but i dont think there is another Xmen that has rogue’s skill. Hope summers cannot be replaced. She’s really strong. The closest xmen to hope summers is psyclocke but very far indeed.

I played avengers, but although i played 3 avengers, my +3 still didn't kick in.. Am i doing something wrong?

Colossus needs an additional power: discard Wolverine from anywhere for a fastball special.

Pulling the torch into Fisk would have been great though. It would have just neutralized it. 4 power to 0 power

I work a lot so this kind of time limited changes to cards are just bad for me, specially right after a patch, I am now playing conquest 2 vodka bottles in

This imbalance patch shows me EXACTLY what I want more of from SNAP. My biggest complaint about this game has always been that it doesn't make sense to keep characters together thematically. This kind of bonus to actually incentivize theme builds is what I want much more of. I dream of a day when using the FF as a team is actually viable.

Holy shit with the lack of content today with the patch I thought all of you had died on a Cruze.

Smurf on new players? Bro I dont think new players would notice. Anyways you would probably give up on the f2p account once you hit series 3 and hit the wall. Every game in infinite is basically auto lose. The game feels terrible at that point.
