disregarding the video a woman once had her secret lover live in her attic for well over 5 years, and the mysterious footsteps from the attic made her husband so erratic and paranoid he almost attacked her while drunk, but was shot dead by the secret lover. they were both let off as the judge ruled self-defence as the husband was supposedly going to attack the woman, but the only reason why is because the sentient sex doll upstairs drove him insane with mystery tapping noises EDIT: he actually stayed in the attic for another 8 years after the crime, and escaped punishment for the killing since it was classed as manslaughter and statute of limitations expired

you made it sound so off the reality, it wasn't noises from attic that made him mad ,her husband was already a cranky miserable man because of which she tried having an affair with another man . and neither he was drunk when attacking, that was his usual thing to do on his wife, until the secret lover finally had enough and proceeds to attack him. who tf sits in a attic with a gun, it happens that he decides to kill him during husband heated argument before days and then on that day he kills him.

During that time period diseases were a very common reason for untimely deaths so they might have not suspected anything and the fact that many rich men went looking for her is an indication that she was conventionally attractive at that time. Good looking people are the last people anyone would suspect for committing a crime. I sometimes wonder if people like her even live happy lives after killing people...
