After certain time the body gets use to it.. 8ts like getting a job for the first time after 20 years of life. For the first few days, ones feet's gonna hurt from standing, arms from picking up thing and so on, but after to get 4th 5th day of doing it over and over again your body it's use to it
It’s really too bad that these hard-working souls can’t make the ocean inflow Do at least some of this work for them. This is backbreaking labor, but since there are fewer people doing it, I certainly hope they’re able to get a much higher price for their product. They sure deserve it.
I would kill to try that salt

Good thing buying it is also an option
The U.S. game series The Amazing Race has been on for 34 Seasons, they have traveled to Indonesia for 5 of them (19, 21, 22, 23, & 28), & during Season 28 1 of the challenges was for teams to do this task.

As a 47 year old woman, I think she absolutely looks 45 years old. Those of us leading hard lives show our age, especially without make up.

There's a difference between a 45 yo woman in the city (with pretty dress, make-up, skin care products and everything) and a woman in a village, who does manual labor under the sun 24/7 for a living. No, I'm not shaming anyone. I don't do manual labor like that either. But adjust your standard man....
Mad respect. In the meantime US people say life is hard serving coffee in Starbucks
Sea salt, WalMart $2.50 for 20 pounds.😂😂😂
I hope she is teaching the younger generation to learning

Would it not be quicker to boil the sea water, clean salt right away
@macym57

I guess that volcanic sand gives the salt some natural aroma and flavour, plus they're using nature's heat saving on energy that would probably cost them alot of money to buy.
Can't you just boil sea water until all that's left is salt?
@nativeoutdoors1780

healthy salt
45 bro?
One f the few Indo beaches without plastic all over it.
Hope she has children bc how she gonna be able to do that when she gets older. geeezzz!! wonder what her BP is like. Tough woman
They dry it on the sand! damn that is ridiculously inefficient, at least use a black tarp instead of freaking sand, they clearly have access to it or something similar by the look of those buckets, just imagine the amount of sand they have to filter through to get at most 1% salt. And it's not like i'm asking too much, people have been harvesting sea salt for thousands of years way more efficiently than this, the egyptians did it and they probably weren't even the first.
