Wow, that Universal trip sounds like it was the Nightmare Before, during, and after Christmas. It doesn’t sound like I need to say it, but don’t let them off easy - all of those problems would be unacceptable to any paying customer, and their response was ridiculous.

Totally agree, and I won't lol I just wish I had video of it but was in shock I think that they were actually talking to us like that
That's so odd. My wife and I go to Cabana Bay on the regular, always fantastic. Then again, we go during the off-season.

Yeah I'm sure hoping it's a rare thing. We've stayed at Sapphire and Royal Pacific several times and never had an issue but this was just crazy insane. Glad to know it's not the norm. We loved the pool, so awesome and view of the volcano but mercy. We won't ever go again during Christmas, just crazy. We'll do off season which is what we normally do as well. Oh well...
