I’ve been writing a book for over two years now based on my own journey of awakening involving a deep dark night of the soul, a relationship with a narcissist posing as a spiritual guru, breaking free from it and learning difficult life lessons, my subsequent travels around the world with almost no money at times etc etc etc. Of course I still deeply doubt myself at times and have fears around publishing it but another part of me knows that my whole life has been leading up to it. Try finding a writing group to get the support, critique, and advice you need. Since your story is so personal, find a women’s writing group if you can. Either way, writing a manuscript good enough to publish takes a lot of steps and help. It’s not a solo journey. At the least, it’s impossible to catch all of your typos:) Joining a good writing group elevated my skills from someone who thought they were ready to someone with the skills to actually put out polished manuscripts. I wish the very best of luck to you. Let us know when your book is done, I’d like to read it!

Angel,I too have bronchitis.u can chew a piece of cinnamon or just boil a piece of ginger ,few pepper corn and a pinch of turmeric in a glass of water, when the water reduce to half remove from stove add a spoon of honey and lemon juice.drink this when ever you feel the discomfort in ur throat n chest get well soon❤
