Another name for Sayulita, a Pueblo Magico in the state of Nayarit, Mexico is "STAY-ulita" in this video you'll see why. Bichos in Sayulita is the best family-owned and operated Mexican food restaurant in town. The service is excellent, the food is fresh and the drinks are always refreshing. In this tiny beach town, the community of digital nomads and expats is tight and it's very easy to make life long friends. The sunsets on Playa Sayulita, or Sayulita Beach are unreal and the weather in early spring is always perfect. As a vegetarian, it was very easy to eat fresh vegetables cheeses and gluten-free tortillas at so many restaurants in town, but Bichos was our all time favorite during our time there.
