To be fair, his opponents had some questionable plays. I’ve never seen a Weezing not run taunt and people for some reason don’t expect it.

Me watching my ursaluna, who is staring down a weezing, get burned by its own flame orb and not getting the guts boost but instead having its attack halved: 💀💀💀

@@bigfudge2031 My guess has always been Pokémon Go. In Pokémon go, an evolving legendary is solid filler content. Terapagos has three different forms each with stats, and since they’re the same species, you can fudge it a bit in raids, giving the smallest one regardless of difficulty. Then you can drip feed things like the signature move, the “mega” form, and shiny, probably.

He said in the video it had 12 speed and careful 236 spdef, HP value corresponds to 188 HP. I personally would put the remaining points 4 atk/68 def, but it's possible it's a little more offensively invested. I'm too lazy to check if it can hit any good gunk shot breakpoints with that amount of attack investment (I did check vs Rillaboom and it doesn't for that). Edit: 68 attack is exactly enough to guarantee an ohko on zero bulk fire/water/grass ogerpon, but I feel like most of them run at least some bulk unless they're rock and gunk shot is only neutral vs that one.
