The game was riddled with cheaters last season. Then they brought out the universal heirloom and streamers and players were buying it up like crazy. Then this is season we got $40 for a skin and I keeping seeing them left and right. Why fix a problem when the player base is gonna play and spend money regardless.

this is what happens when you don't shut cheaters down HARD when they first appear, more people realize that they can cheat with little consequence and it just snowballs into what we have now. That and apex and its badge display system inadvertently creates a market for people willing to pay for accounts with 20 bombs and high rank badges already on them/to get boosted to these ranks on their main accounts, and those who have access to cheats are all more than happy to oblige as it makes them rich.

This is literally why i stopped playing this game 2 years ago. Getting consistently beamed from across the map every other game was getting old.

"You little goober gobbler"... That's gotta be my new favorite phrase from now on.

The amount of people blatantly walling this season has been crazy

JanKz, nothing is going to change until a majority of content creators get together and quit playing until they fix the problem. Until then, you get what you allow.

As much as i agree i think someone would just change there number (they have no friends so it wouldn’t matter). What i think they should do is ban the ip of the pc they have, so they can’t change number and get a new acct like how Snapchat does when people get perma ban

Happens 7 out of 10 games for me and yes whenever someone other than the person boosting gets the the kills all the bots disconnect. If you really wanna investigate stay in dropship until you’re AFK. It should be exactly half of the lobby when it happens no matter the if it’s pubs or solos.

i played ranked for 5 hours on friday and we were getting rolled in bronze lobbies by people i can only imagine were cheating. just based off the situations that were occurring. Makes you wanna play other games unfortunately

Two nights ago, I played solo mode, and there were a couple of revenants teaming up. They were winning every game. So sad.

I ran into a current pred yesterday that was, seemingly, walling. He just knew where everyone was, even when he didn’t have information on where they were.

Apex is completely unplayable rn, sbmm is pushing all the hackers into higher level lobbies and ruining the game for anyone who even plays the game regularly

I'm also a Day 1 player. This season has been so horrible for cheating. I legitimately can't play solo mode - literally every other player is cheating. The new 20 bomb solo badge has only made this worse. Also, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I feel like a get killed WAYYY more by controller players. Either that or it's players with very finely tuned aimbot. So many of the times I die, it's to someone with horrid movement, and pretty bad aim, but somehow nearly every bullet hits me. Also, Ranked feels horrible. Nearly every lobby has a team where someone has 12+ kills. How it this fun for anyone? WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS RANK???? I really feel like we're getting to the point where Respawn either needs to make this a controller only game, or separate the inputs. Because unless you are VERY good at the game, it's incredibly difficult to compete with even a mediocre controller player. It's interesting because the people in your matches who were using aimbot didn't have it hard locked. They weren't getting all headshots. It's like the aimbot is tuned to look normal, and it might if they weren't shooting form 700 meters away.

I can't take this game anymore. Completely giving up on this season.

Last week I fell from plat 3 to gold 1 (I solo queue) last 2 games ran into a 6 man. Like an obvious 6 man all 6 standing on boxes n shooting.

That first fight looks like me every game. Granted I’m not the best but I’ve even got the jump on someone like that and they preceded to melt my entire team. I love the game still I just can’t take it seriously anymore.

Dude I am an old guy that plays after work and I have like a .6 kdr and am still getting put in those lobbies. I straight up apologized to my 2 pred 5k/20 bomb teammates at the beginning of the game the other day. They still insisted on rezzing me everytime I went down. Made me not want to play anymore. It is one thing for me to suck but don't want to hinder others.

Even when I do know where they are I peak to shoot and immediately lose all my shields and half .y health before I can even react to get get back and I've learned not to over peak in those situations. This and overwatch are the only fps games I've ever put more than a few hours into and this one alot more and while I've improved over time I hate being the guy holding a team back. Solos have been better but even those are rough. I'd love to die from someone without a 4k or masters/pred badge for once.

I'm willing to bet the lifelines name is a nod that they are cheating. "Urthenextjfk". The magic bullet conspiracy...😂

EA needs to add feedback reports like league/val so you know the cheater gets banned

This whole Cheating situation reminds me of Warzone back in the day. I remember the TimtheTatman Spectating cheaters series.😂 feels like Apex is heading down that road too. Sad to see.

Yea I played all day yesterday and got absolutely destroyed. (I’ve been diamond 1 before)

The first clip has been going on for a while and has been a huge thing specifically on Asian serves for the past four or so seasons where people will have hundreds of accounts just spam loading into games in order to load in with them, farm 20 bombs off of them and will then sell these accounts with 20 bombs already on them. You can actually load into these lobbies if you play early in the morning (server time) if you get a bit lucky, Grrt and others have recently made vids about this too and how ppl are getting in and also using it for free 20 bombs.

I’ve been trying to get back in the game by playing solos and sometimes I can’t even phantom how I’m losing some of these fights. Some people are definitely cheating on console but it’s hard to confirm a lot of the times. Truly demoralizing after not playing already for a couple months. It like why even bother?

Well if Jankz cant stop the cheaters, then I guess in return the cheaters cant stop Jankz (looking at you Ravnard). Hopefully the next day of Apex is a better one

I seen a level 7 with 100 kills a couple days ago

I've heard that east Asia servers have a ton of bots that drop in and just jump and punch and you can rack up 20-30+ kills easily. Coincidentally, I had one of the BEST games ever today on Xbox playing solo. Didn't get the win (took 2nd) but was close to having the most kills and damage ever.

The funny thing is I ran into that same guy 5 times in a row

Thank you for making this video. This is why I quit playing after season 16. AI bots and cheaters. I skipped 17, 18, and 19, came back for 20 and now we are back to where we started. I want this game to be good but its not worth our time anymore IMHO.

It’s sad to see the state of apex because like. Games in general used go be like if the other player was better than you you’d congrats them on how good they are with their talent. But modern games you can’t because it could be a cheater and you jusr feel bad when you get lit up in an unusual way. I wish we could go back to the times of not assuming everyone’s a cheater for being good but in Apex’s case you can. It’s not even a fragile ego things its just reality of the state of play

I been thinking about getting a modded controller or something cause of this. The people i usually play with have been playing much more than me cause i mainly play souls games and the such. But theyre usually in plat master and pred lobies. Even if its frowned upon and talked bad about theres nothing my team can do about them. I play on ps so going against pc and hackers cause lack of movement on console. Most id do is probly lower recoil and put a script on my back triggers for super jump or something if i can even do that. Make fun of me or whatever but i want to play for fun, not get beamed by people hacking or teaming

Cheaters are a big negative point pushing me away from Apex, it's really irritating dying to a level 1 player that finds you anywhere and just instantly kills you

I just un-installed. It hurt to do that. It's my favorite game. But enough is enough. The matchmaking and the cheating. I just can't do it.

At the moment the cheater situation in apex is crazy. We are Pred at the moment but holding or even gaining is quiet a hard task due to at least 3 cheater teams in each ranked lobby. Killing them close range is the way to go as a 3 stack But still sometimes getting catched off guard and just loose -100 Pretty frustrating right now

I've got 2500 hours and I rarely holster my gun these days, it gives you weapon mastery to have it out for some ungodly reason and you're just way more prepared for a sudden fight. But that guy was also just 100% cheating there

Way too many, every game feels like i get oneclipped with no ADS while my shots go everywhere . They miss nothing, every fight boils down to either me or them living with 1 hp unironically, it's insane. That's ignoring how everyone has insane movement for some reason. PC

this is why i'm glad that PC and console are naturally seprated by control scheme for the most part. Very rarely do we see cheaters in lobbies thanks to that.
