Her album is SO GOOD! Every single song is Title Track material 100%. ABCD is giving me alot of "One Thing by Amerie" and I ABSOLUTELY love it. ( Literally the ooh oh oh in the dance break is the exact same ) instrumental def got some hints of Crazy in Love by Yoncé also. She just SLAYED so hard honestly

Thank you for your reaction to Nayeon's new song!! :) At first, when I read that her title track would be "ABCD", I got concerned that the lyrics would be too childish, or too "on-the-nose". Then when they released a preview of the song (with what is now known to be the first part of the chorus), I was like "Yeah ok, it's fun but I don't think it beats "POP!"". So I got into my first listen of this song with low expectations. But sure enough, she got me to change my mindset pretty quickly about this song! Visually speaking, she's striking from the first moment we see her. There's a lot of cool musical layers in the music's production as well. The transitions between scenes are so well done and the second part of the chorus brings the energy up to 11 for me :) The dance break was a cool addition (and there's some great Nayeon-trademarked adlibs near the end of this section), but the part right after it (the bridge?) is my favorite part, actually. And the lyrics! Did you catch it? In the chorus, she spells "A" "B" "C" "D" but the letters are hidden in the words in the sentence of the lyrics. So very clever!! ("A" for "Hey", "B" for "be", "C" for "see" and "D" for the first syllable of "deeper".) I now think this song is a wonderful follow-up to "POP!"! Good job Nayeon, I'm so proud! :D

Regarding Blackpink & waiting for Jisoo - I believe she chose to go into acting first. Also, the other 3 were driven by music first. Yes, there are favorites but I don’t know if you can blame it solely on that vs individual drive. I never saw Jisoo as a musically driven artist when compared to the others.

Well to be fair we don’t know if Tzu-yu or another member wants to do a solo debut at this moment (how many snsd members are still “waiting on a solo” right?). Tzu-yu in particular, because during their debut jype did attempt to make her a cf queen but there was some controversy with her first solo cf, and then Taiwanese flag incident happened…..which subsequently jype’s solution was for twice to only promote as a group or in smaller groups for cf deals and variety shows….there might be some trauma there still for her and I think dayhun, chae, and Tzy-yu should do a subunit instead
