About that future thing with the organoids, I was thinking the same. Also matches Atlas' "repair" situation. Beyond that, seems to me Lilith is callous and goes to extremes but she's not particularly evil despite how harsh she was at first.

I started tearing up when this started and he started screaming, i bursted into tears soon as he got attacked. Reliving this in the Anime is gonna be rough for me cause i really love Kuma man and Toei is going to do this Backstory incredibly well based on this Manga to Anime scene translation. My only guesses would be York or Saturn but like when going off the manga the silhouette doesn’t look anything like York while looking much more like Saturn but the problem with that is that Saturn hasn’t even gotten to the island yet so how could it be him? This has always confused me but I guess if it’s York it just has to be chalked up to Odas silhouettes once again not being super accurate.
