Such a great video Gavin. As many have said already, your ghost investigations are so entertaining, and your last night in the old place was no exception. However....maybe rewatch the video with this consideration. Could some of the responses be the Ghost Tube picking up thoughts from Tobu and Ash? Because when you look at their behaviour and movements whilst you're conducting the investigation, it looked to us that some of the funny and observant comments could quite easily have come from those little guys. Just a thought.....

Omg I have read both of these! I also gave The Haunted Forest Tour 3.5 stars. The villain and misogyny really got to me in that one. I LOVE BOYS IN THE VALLEY!!!! It was one of the few books that I read in 2023 that I am still obsessed with: SO GOOD!!!
