Yes, I have been broken to the point where i didn't want to go on living. I tried to fill my brokenness with men but that didn't work either. I had no other choice but to turn to God because He said He will never leave nor forsake me. As each day goes by He gives me His peace. When i feel anxiety, fear and worry knocking at my door, i turn to His words for comfort,reassurance and His strength.

Experiencing it. Not for the first time. He was right when he said we cannot worship when not broken. And it’s only when I’m broken that I know this. And I’ve known this before. So why do I keep sliding back after my brokenness is over. I cannot live my entire life in the valley. Can I?

David Parker you are so right. I just had this revelation. I’ve been praying for god to humble me, and then I found this video. I’ve always been taught about this soft version of Jesus. That is how I saw Jesus. Just as a friend and father who loves me and if I sin it hurts him and makes him sad. That he’s just waiting for me, that he is desperate for me and my love. No. This is not it. I have been struggling with pride and self-centeredness all 20 years of my life, and oh my goodness I have never heard an eye opening preaching and teaching like this video here. This is what I needed in order to be humbled, be grateful and to realize that God is a gift to me and not the other way around. I am the one who needs him and should be crawling at his feet desperate for him and his love, not the other way around. God I’ve been so blind and self conceited. Please forgive me lord 🙏🏼 not because I am worthy or deserving, but because I want to know you and love you and serve you and worship you, live for you with all my heart and soul being poured out to you. For your glory lord. I am not worthy and I will never be. Thank you for my brokeness

I really think this just kept me alive. I don’t want to die but lately I’ve been so sad I was just so tired. It’s 5:50 am I have to be up around 7. I’d been crying all night and somehow I came to this vid. It really helped me more than anyone could ever know. Thank you

Hey Desiree, I hope your doing better and God has alleviated you from some of those painful thoughts that tend to creep in our minds. I had a pretty ruff life (gangs, murder, poverty..) but thru all my life I was also bless or privileged of not having any guilty or bad thought come in my mind for over 45 years and for a long time I did not understand and could not empathize with those who were going thru hurt. On day not so long, all the sadness and pain from years just crept into my mind and broke me. The only thing that has been able to anchor me is remembering that God is watching over us and he loves us no matter what. I want to remind you, that you are loved , are bodies are only alive in this world for a short time, I believe when we enjoy a day it makes the good Lord smile, like a father would when they see their kids having fun.

Confessing our sins to God and believing that he will forgives us. yes God will forgive us and cleanse us frome all unrighteousness. Charles Stanley said it in a sermon. because David said my sin was always before me because i did not confess it. he hide it. therefore Charles Stanley said. God forgives you when you confess it when you do this in faith. the devil will lie to you that you are not forgiven because he is a liar. But Jesus is the truth. the bible calls the enemy the accuser. so confess your sins and forsake it says in [ proverbs 28:13 Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.]

I've probably watched this sermon a 1,000 times since God lead me to it around 2-3yrs ago. It's meant so much to me because were I was in my life at that point. Since then the lord has lifted me out of the hole I dug for myself and turned a boy into a man. This is the greatest sermon I've ever heard preached in my life. God says that in the end times his word will be preached to ever person,nation basically everyone will have heard his word. Brokenness is where we can meet God face to face in humbleness, knowing that God is all we have, rather it is our own sins or someone else sins that have affected us and crushed our spirit or brought us to a place brokenness in our lives. God awaits for us to COME near to him in our brokenness ☺ for God heals the broken hearted and saves a crush spirit. Call out and come near and take ownership for your sins and let God restore you. Brokenness is a good place to meet God, run to Jesus arms now for his arms are wide open to us all. 😊 I was at this place of brokenness once, but God was with me in that place and God forgave me, restored me and He can and is able to do it for you. My sin reminds me of God's Amazing love, grace and mercy toward me. God loves you 😊

Just lost my wife because I turned back to my sinful ways. It’s wild I love the Lord my marriage was based on the foundation of Christ. How did I fall so far back, how could I put my wife down. Not love and honor my beautiful wisdom. I was so blind and was living in sin. Thank you Jesus for smacking me down, humbling me and giving my wife the courage to leave me. WOW!!!!! I think I just GREW in my faith in 33 minutes than 30 years of being a believer! Cried ALOT too! He talked about sin having memories and that even though he has forgiven me, took me YEARS to forgive myself. I had an abortion in my early 20's and from the MOMENT I walked in the door of that clinic I KNEW what I was about to do was WRONG. After it was done I felt SO broken and bawled uncontrollably afterwards and continued that grief for years. I KNEW I was forgiven but I still had vivid memories of that day and I couldn't understand WHY do I still feel badly and grieve my baby??? Why won't you take it away Lord?? NOW I know! THANKYOU FOR THIS MESSAGE! Going to share this with a pastor friend of mine.

Amen I feel this way memories are killing me I was a drug addict drunk , cause putting child up for adoption when I was 16 then had another daughter at 19 then abortion couple months later and another child at 21 single mom . Those memories was in my mind still in my mind I have tried to come to God over my yrs he forgives me but I don’t forgive me I put my 2 daughters I did have through Hell I ask every day for forgiveness some days I feel I don’t have it . I have my daughter now I put up for adoption in my life not as much as I would like I have 7 grandkids I don’t see as much as I like I feel it cause my daughters afraid I will be the same to the grandkids but they are what woke me up to how I was living . I have slid a few times but I am back in court my step dad is in jail now cause what he did and child porn I grew up in the abuse alcohol I been clean since 2011 on drugs . And I know God has answered my prayers. But I need to forgive myself and that is big I can’t forgive my step dad I think why I can’t completely come to God but I am still going to church a yr now my oldest granddaughter goes with me how I got going to church again ... hen COVID happened and no churches are closed :( I grieved the 2 daughters I lost and wasn’t there for the 2 I had .. was being told I was going to be a grandma day later getting call they found my adopted daughter ... for me to wake up still memories are there .

If you pray on the weight of your own sin I hope you will find that all need forgiveness not just you. It’s also hard when your father is a narcissist and messed you up mentally when raising you and then people around you don’t believe you when you tell them who your parent really is behind closed doors. All they see is what that person wants them to see. But I’m so grateful God saved me and is using my brokenness for good.

This guy knows God that's for sure!! One of the best sermons I've ever listened to. His tears are genuine.. such a beautiful soul. Thank you Lord for putting such a humble effective follower in this position to speak.. I was truly encouraged and felt better about being broken. You saved my life Lord!!

I have been there and it was a blessing for me. I didn't feel that way to begin with because I was empty. My soul, which has never really felt damaged or seriously affected by life, was shattered. It was actually emotionally painful in a way I've never felt in my life. It's the lowest I've ever been. But he used my weakness as a lifesaver. Had I not been stripped down to nothing and shattered I never would have given complete control over to him. I FELT myself let go of that final piece. In my mind I felt I was just sawing I give up I can't do this any more, take me and let your will be done, whatever that is. And I FELT it. I felt his presence just before and after, as if he were near me. I slowly started to heal and I was a completely different person (same me just less anger and burden. More clear of mind and heart etc). My life changed. My husbands life changed. Our family life changed. For me, though it was more painful than any physical pain could ever be, it is one of the best things I've ever experienced. It's the most beautiful gift given to me by God himself. I cherish it, and still remember every moment and the feeling of love and compassion. His presence was life changing for a sinner like me. Trust him and lay it ALL at his feet, yourself as well. You may not understand his plan or the path he leads you on but he's got you and he will carry you when you are too weak to do so. I pray he leads you, heals you and touches your soul so that you can experience he love and strength💜

The lowest point in my life was whenever I was 6 through 7 years old, my mother had suffered a car crash, she broke her neck, was barely able to move around, I spent a long time in that shity Motel looking after the person who was supposed to be looking after me, I'm not angry at her for it, it's not her fault she was injured, she recovered to the point of being able to move again without my assistance, she was put on pain medication, she then got addicted to it so a 12 year old me had to help her through rehab, it took a couple years but we got through it, later down the line it turns out she had bipolar disorder and psychosis, so now an 18 year old me is trying to get her Mental help, she believed people were sneaking in the house attempting to rape us, none of it was true, but of course it was still true to her, that's what caused her suffering, because no matter how unrealistic it was it felt real to her, no number that I called would help me because I was 18, until one day a little after midnight during my birthday, I turned 19 and only after the best gift I could have asked for, getting scratched on my face by her in a freak out leaving a scar on my left cheek was I finally able to get her mental help, the reason I say this story it's because I want to believe in God, I'm only 19 and my education has been sabotaged, my family has been destroyed, and I got to watch one of the only people who stayed in my life as a constant be tortured by her own mind, so I really want to be convinced so I can have a little hope here, but what God makes someone watch everything they loved either be tortured or ripped out of their life, and if God is love as I hear why does he send "bad people" to be tortured for eternity, I want to believe the god you believe, but I find it difficult to do so, I know everyone has their problems but the only crime I committed was trying to live, I don't want to convince people that there is not a God, I want people to have hope, but I want hope too, so I ask if any of you could please offer me some insight, some insight into what makes you believe, because as far as I can tell no mystical God is the reason I'm alive, is the reason my mother is alive, the only reason is spite, because after everything me and my mother have been through I'm going to take the World by the throat, any opportunity I can to make our life better except crime or any method that would ruin someone's life. I just want to understand why and how you believe, because that kind of Hope could make my life better, it could potentially heal me as it did my mother, she is Christian by the way.

Knowing that inside us dwells NO good thing, no not one, and that Christ still revealed his manifold grace unto us while we were set in our sinful ways of the flesh breaks us down. The issue that people have us unbelief. If there is unbelief dwelling in us then we will not be able too accept God's love and mercy.

What a conformation 🙌 I was sitting on a cabin porch and wrestling with God about my current emotional and spiritual state. As I said "God Im tired. Im tired of being this person. Change me Lord" and he replied "I have to break you". My soul yelled back "NO LORD, not again. I can't. It hurts." My inner self trying to tell myself there can be another way. Then God spirit fell and said "I have to break you to rebuild you" and there was peace in that moment of what He is going to do.

Your comment is about a month old so I am curious as to how things have been since you posted here.

Broken and repentant. That is when we find God ; and He touches us with His love, mercy, grace and peace. He gives us supernatural strength to turn from our sins and to walk in His ways. Thank you, Jesus, for all that you do for us. Amen.

Once we asked for forgiveness and repent of our sins God throws in to a sea of forgetfulness. He doesn’t bring it back the enemy does because that’s condemnation. Yes we do suffer consequences of our actions but our Lord is faithful and helps walk us through it without condemnation.

Isaiah 53:6 Only a Just and Holy God would send His own sinless Son to earth to die to satisfy the penalty owed by His creation who sinned against Him. Please read the Bible and you will know the Truth.

@@abdulazizmanaf2015 Because it says in, Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus paid that wage so we wouldn't have to. That's the beauty of God's Love.

I have never heard the story of King David, "Sin and Brokeness"preached in such a "Bold" in your face fashion before!!! No Sissy Jesus in this sermon.The way you broke down just what all those verses meant from the book of Psalms, Isiah,and Revelation.The past 6 months has torn open some of my past( over 30yrs ago)that I thought was healed!! It was my marriage ending back then!! Those memories started coming back big time!! I spoke to 2 of my pastors about it. But this Sermon was right on time, Thank you so much.

This sermon was for me. I am totally crushed by my past sins,and suffering from severe depression for 3 years. I have not taken any medicine . Jesus started healing me but sometimes it seems this suffering will never end! Jesus is my lord and will always be! Be blessed brothers and sisters!❤️

This really hit a dark spot in my life. I sin at times without regard to the consequences, especially how it can affect the ones I love. I am grateful to God for His love and He uses the weight of my sin to bring me to repentance. Father I confess to You and before all that I have sinned against You! I am sorry. I release my addiction to porn, my anxiety, fear, doubt, relationship and every other hinderance that I have to You. Wash me clean Father and thank You for Your forgiveness, grace and mercy. I would truly be lost without it and without You. Amen

Perhaps the LORD has to heal you of something that you went through that made you distrust women/people? Ask the LORD to heal you. He’s faithful! He’s so faithful! You don’t want to enter marriage with that distrust. It’s more than marriage, it’s about you being free. Jesus came to give freedom. He made a way so you could be free!

i have found such connection in the first 5 minutes, and i have learnt a better perspective in this entire speech. Thankyou lord for your blessings lord your are reconnecting me with.

I remember the moment that the magnitude of my depravity and hopelessness and sinfulness and filth hit me. It was my 33rd year alive. Driving down Interstate 20 through West Texas at 3pm. Business trip. I'd been a "Christian" and "Bible Believing" since I was 10. I had a "personal" relationship with Jesus that whole time. I had all of the catch phrases. But up until that moment, I had not a single clue.

You have no idea....I was thinking about this last night when I thought of being in Gods temple and going over and doing sin while he was present there...and how insane that is and was weeping all night and this morning only to be given Isaiah 1 here in the video...and it is what God is Laying on my heart...what he is working in me. Thank you for doing what God has sent you to do by making this for me to both see and hear as confirmation of the work he is doing in me

His entire msg is beautiful but at 14:04 he had me in tears! It's not just the truth he speaks but the power and conviction in his words....thats the kind of thing that can both break and heal people ❤ hallelujah

Lord break me I'm seeking Your righteousness Your Holiness Lord. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD KING OF KINGS. without you I'm nothing Lord. Thank you for the man I am today it is You that done the work in me. Praise God for the mercy and grace Thank you forgiven me Lord. You took the punishment on the cross in my place you are the God of my salvation. Form me in the man I should be in Christ Wash me clean Lord You are the way true light of the world the word the bread of life the King I love you Jesus Amen
