Today I talk about the recent rec room concept art about adding full body rec room avatars. I am personally not in favor of this but this is just my opinion so please don't get offended. Enjoy the video.

If we get full body tracking capabilities we better get haptics too
Simple 1: Make the avatars optional and give the option to force users to use the default or new avatar type when making worlds like you can do with teleport and walking. 2: get rid of the nose 3: update full body avatar movement animation 4: update graphics 5: hope they don’t stop focusing everything on full body cosmetics etc instead of default avatar cosmetics 6: add full body tracking because it would be absolutely perfect 7: prevent junior accounts from seeing fully tracked full body avatars and give an option to turn them off in view as well

to be honest im not sure if full body tracking works in rec room but if they add the full body avatars they should add it for people that use full body or at least have it- might just be me but yeah maybe they should kinda change the face

The thing with roblox is that literally nobody wheres rthro anymore, so you don't really have to deal with seeing people wear it, but with rec room, you already know when you create an avatar it's going to be full body, so we'll just be seeing some diy vr chat monstrosities walking around games.

I like the full body avis there cool I think they should add high heels as a shoe when full body comes out hope new hair for them too
tbh it funny they should add it how ever they should add eye brows to the original avatars.
Don’t worry you can turn back to the bean avatar too

Yea when I heard this I was gonna quit rec room when it came out but now u mentioned that u can choose if u want I changed my mind

I feel the current avatars are too simple. The new avatars will probably attract more people because it will look more professional (as long as they do it right). And I’m sure there will be more than one nose to choose from.
When I saw the concept art I was like if they add this I'm deleting rec room permanently I'm moving on to gorilla tag

im not a big fan of rec room studio. the rooms look grate but its going to lose a lot of charm. the game will end up looking like vr chat. losing some identity.

Y’all can call me crazy, but I honestly like this change to the avatar. For a long time now we’ve just had the normal bean avatar and I think this new change could make it more unique! especially with any new customization that comes along with it as well!
