On this job we removed all the old jointing compound with a grinder
We then proceeded with pressing washing the patio be careful not to damage anything.
After pressure washing there were still a few stubborn black spots so we used a chemical treatment of 15% hypo from pureseal at a 4-1 mix plus boost.

This brought the stone back to life removing all the black spots.
We then went ahead and applied the jointing compound from screw fix.
The customer was over the moon and couldn’t believe how well is came out saying it looks like a new patio.
