Yong Graba Floor masasabi mo talagang they're just trying to be creative/ for the Aesthetic Purposes. Very unsanitary lalo na pag may Kids. Yong Pool Awkward then tignan, hindi worth it sa Price. Maybe mas matatagal yong Concrete Pool pero worth it naman yon. Pero yong Rooftop ang Ganda, Sarap Tambayan sabay tingin sa View. Very Good rin yong may Mini Food Garden. Bakasyonan lang naman so it doesn't Matter kung Maganda/Functional yong nagawa nilang Bahay, importante dyan ma relax sa Hangin at View. 💕💕

Love that there’s a mud room and the kitchen immediately follows the entrance. It’s kind of similar to the layout in houses in Melbourne and Sydney.

maganda sna yung house kaso nkasira yung flooring,if you are after low maintenance sana pinasemento nyo nlng yung floor na wlang tiles mas maganda pa,pati yung toilet and bath ok sana kung pinalagyan ng tiles yung floor,saka hindi safe sa mga bata yung graba,sayang yung place nyo,anyway puede nmn gawan pa yan ng paraan,suggestion lng nmn,bahay nyo nmn yn,yung pool din awkward ang dating pano kung mga bata nliligo pano mo sila mababantayan ang taas ng pool😊

Sa comment mo lang sa pool ako agree. Proper planing ang ginawa nila at yun ang nasunod, sana kung kinuha nila ang proposal/advice mo at di nasunod then doon ka dapat madismaya,😂😂😂. I love the concept😊😊😊. Need to check improvements on pool swimmers visibility.

yung flooring talaga maling mali, i think hindi lang sa safety dahil tatanda din naman yung bata haha. pero imagine mga insekto dyan tagal tagal, hirap din idisinfect nyan pugad na ng bacteria yan after 6 months 😅

Sakto lang po ang flooring if ginawang Airbnb. I also have Airbnb units and totoo na you'll consider maintenance and wear & tear, lalo ibat ibang tao ang nagsttay. The metal chairs and graba are perfect dahil sa pool. Mahirap maglinis kapag laging basa. Congrats owners!

Tama.mas need n graba ang toilet at ginawa ng concrete lahat ang wall.dahil kalawangin ang yero pg tagal. Sk maglagay din cguro ng foam s upuan s sala at throw pillow for extra cushion at pampaganda rin. Nice ideas din s bahay at good luck❤🎉

As a potential guest, we don't like the pool, masyadong malalim and bulky. Iba pa rin yung real pool. Sana maimprove. Then yung mga bato mas okay if pang indoor lang yun. Tama naman yung effect sa health if malinis. Prone sa accident if mag fall ka and wall or glass ang babagsakan mo or steel. Mas ok if sa damuhan or open space ang mga ganun. Like for kids, seniors, yung may disability, paano kapag gabi? Ang hirap maglakad niyan. And sa food preparation area like kitchen then dining, paano kapag may natapon like liquid or any foods kahit solid, lalanggamin. Super hirap linisin. Pag natapilok ka mainjury ka or for sure masugatan ka hindi lang pasa. Sa rooftop naman is sana merong may umbrella para if super init makasilong and put plants din sa taas. Yun lang naman. But still unique and beautiful. I like the idea of the plants for sustainable living. Salute to that. Yung mga benches better if may foam para makarelax mag Netflix.

I was hoping na sana nabigyan ng emphasis ang materials and construction sa house ,for the viewers sana to have clear ideas sa mga may gustong mgpa gawa same as this..but the video fell short duon...

Hindi naman po kami dyan nakatira. Bakasyunan lang po namin yan. Glamping home instead na tent ang gamit namin nakakapagod po magligpit kaya nagpagawa kami ganyan pang nature escape po namin 😊

Maganda ang concept but the chairs are not comfortable. you would think of the comfort first bago and anay. the peeble for a flooring may not be safe for elderly with diabetes and balance problem. pwede namang sa labas sa may grass mag grounding kung yun and gustong gawin.

I agree... Parang Hindi nakakarelax yung loob ng bahay na graba yung flooring. Ok na yung concrete floor na Walang tiles kesa sa graba. Hindi rin safe sa mga bata at senior yung pool. Limited Yung target market nila. Anyway they can improve it in the future.

That’s not a nice thing to say. Maybe mainit nung nagsshoot sila or ganun talaga pag nagsasalita sya kasi expressive sya. May ganyan din akong expressions lalo pag nageexplain.
Nice but not for me
Not a wise idea for a pinoy family to build a tiny house dahil di maiwasan ang bisita lalo na kapamilya once na bumisita wala matulogan kundi magsiksikan, tapos yung pool ay hindi durable tulad ng semento at pwede bahain sila pag umapaw na yun dahil sa ulan na lalo na madalas ang bagyo at ulan sa pinas, hindi man lang ginawang elevated ang bahay kung hindi pinalubog ang pool, okay ang rooftop pero kulang sa gutter para idivert ang tubig pag umuulan kaya pwedeng magkaroon ng leak at tulo mula sa mga corner sa taas tuwing umuulan ng malakas.🤔

this house especially the common area looks very uncomfortable. Container and glass house in a tropical climate like the Philippines is a walk-in-oven. And that choice of gravel as your interior flooring definitely a pain in the butt to clean. This what you get when you rely on google search for your house design. I bet this family don't live here because this place looks so impossible to be a suitable home. This is nothing but an airBnB advert.
It sounds expensive for the design to be honest or mali lang pagkaintindi ko 😅
