This has been the worst for me...Leaving women behind in AA, when I realized it was filled with narcissistic men preying on them all over...I thought I'll stay for the women, while being actively sucked dry by them, looking for mommy's and caretakers, status, no care in the world, arrogant, abusive and egomaniacs...I don't feel joy knowing the same will happen to other women and then others and others...It breaks my heart. I left. Can't. (My drinking stopped has soon has I stopped seeing my narc family and kicked all of them out of my life and I thought I had to be in AA because I use to cope with drinking, I don't.) Cut the supply.

Yes another thing to be grateful of is No more narcissistic psychopath with dementia as they age and cancer.... they can have those too on a silver platter. Have you ever seen bitter old people? That's where they are all heading. You don't want to be hanging out with them. And even if you stay in the relationship...you will never be one really because the truth is...they will have alot of supplies available wherever they impulsively decide. They aren't sure the new supply will measure up. They have difficulty understanding their and everyone else's feelings( alexithymia). Did they make the right decision maybe they should come back to you. They want you to think they have moved on..it's part of the illusion. It's a competition.

The most insidious part of a narcs trying to keep in contact with the ex when they have someone new is that they do it because they already know the new supply has a shelf life, that whatever “relationship” is being created is not permanent and there will be discarding at some point. HORRIBLE!

I feel her energy BIG TIME! I don't block my ex narc on SM because I WANT her to "watch" ME having fun, enjoying life, smiling, laughing and having fun with my friends! She can watch all she wants to!! 🤣😂🤣😂😁🤙

I know you are right. Narcopaths are stalkers. They just can’t believe that YOU have gone and succeeded!

They need someone to make miserable to make themselves feel better and they don't want to abuse the new supply yet.

You really can “feel them” somehow. This is because it’s a spiritual attachment and their evil spirits keep up on us. That’s exactly why they know when to hoover and when you are either vulnerable or are pulling away. They have a spiritual sense akin to the spiritual sense that believers in Christ have. There is power in the darkness, too, just not equal to the light. It’s all spiritual, friends.

You get used to that horrible energy attachment and you end up making sure your logic steps up to the plate and never let contact happen. It is much like being chased by a devil where you know that your future depends on your resistance. It does get easier over time. Just think of them banging other people and use that thought to stay well clear, pat yourself on the back that they will never touch your body again.

@@lydiaqny you aren't alone in this, it is extreme anxiety from the dopamine levels in the brain - the narc trained you to depend on the hits. Like with any addiction, the only thing to do is ride out the cold turkey.. The next part that happens is you will start to feel extreme anger, which is what is needed to get you on the path to healing - it will happen. You are a survivor, the fact you are looking for answers is proof. Baby steps, every day is another step forward, you can do it ♥️

I knew one that had a terrible childhood according to her with a lot of childhood traumas and SA. She said her parents weren’t around much so a lot of things happened. I guess overtime using her childhood story and telling them to people was getting her attention and validation. She implied it made people care and want to do things for her. That’s fine I can understand to an extent… however, why did I have to pay the price and mental breakdowns for what the world did to you? Why did I have to be the one to get blamed for things I never did to you? Why did you make me fight for your love, knowing I never had a chance to ever get you back? -All this time the answer was simple. She was a narcissist. She never cared for my love and never respected me. I was just there to be used for whatever she needed. When I found that out I called her out on it and walked off. 7 years of blame for things I didn’t do and mental torment for what? I am worthy, never again will I allow this upon me!

The narcissist I was with said his mother would always say he was talking crazy and he was bullied at school so he dropped out and began of life of women and alcohol. He has little to no self esteem and that makes a man worthless.

I hope his ex realized I was just an illusion like her, and all the ones before..... Get out of that dark harem garage.

The strangest and most deranged of human beings narcissists are

4 years post discard and even if im in a much better place in my healing, he still pops up in my dreams often.

They want you to be doing bad and be emotionally damaged. You have to be miserable in order for them to be happy. The more jealous and or hurt you are of them and the replacement the more they “love them”. Go no contact and never ever look back. They are waiting for you to check their social media or to contact them.

I don't believe ex-narc thinks about me for one second. He's moved on with his new supply while I'm still struggling to get over him. 😢

My ex does that. Emotionless staring at me. I never noticed before, as in the early months post-divorce, I avoided or ignored him heavily Gradually we've attended family events at the same time, and while I still mostly ignore him and his stupid antics with the grandkids, I have caught that stare several times now. I hate it. And he already has a new girlfriend.....he should be paying attention to her, instead of looking for a reaction from me, for his having begun to bring her to every family event.

I definitely feel her energy. I promise, I won’t get back to her. I’m not going to be fooled by her anymore.

No social media, changed email, phone abd addresses. Blocked the in-laws. He had no friends or work colleagues. He doesn't know after I left when he discarded me, anything about me. I understand about the energy exchange, but he can't do anything with it. I'm getting better and stronger and thinking of him less and less everyday and moving on the best I can. Eventually, he will be a memory.

Mine never got rid of his ex wanted us to have every holiday together. You figure it out. I was told to ask his ex and daughter about holidays. I told him he was crazy. They never let go of their main supply

I have blocked him on everything and deleted his numbers so their is no way he will ever be able to come back to me ever again. I feel blessed that I was strong enough to save myself🙏I am so grateful to myself

I am 71 years old and the lady that I was with is 70. I believe that she is a narcissist, covert, narcissist, maybe. She shows no emotion. We broke up and went back together, many times, and she said it was always my fault. We’ve been apart for eight months, she is involved with a guy who was remodeling her basement. Same age as me I cannot stop thinking about her. Wondering what she’s doing with him. I’m going crazy.

there's a name for this--I forget--and a treatment. create a ceremony where you physically enact breaking the karmic bonds that tie you to him. repeat as often as necessary. the ho'oponopono chant, for example. pray for divine protection, to be surrounded by light that keeps you from harm or danger.

I don't know if it is real or not but some people call this ongoing connection a soul tie.

I can feel evil coming from them

I 100% agree. There are times when I can feel HEAVILY that my ex is trying to energetically reel me in to contact him or to just make me thing about him so he can feel that energetic power and control. I am SO happy I found God toward the end of that relationship. He protects me from all of his demonic tactics whenever I feel him trying to get into my head. My ex is absolutely the type to stay silent and "wait people out" so you end up reverse hovering since he is so good at making you feel like you have 0 importance to him. Such a sad life to live. I'm pretty sure he wen't back to his ex from before me. He devalued her to me sometimes then sometimes told me she was better than me in other ways. They really do hold onto all of their exes in some ways. Comparing them all. It's been 6 months out and he texted me happy b day but that's it and I just said I wish you well. He will eventually start comparing and "missing" my supply over his ex then want me then want her then possibly a new supply. They recycle as much as they can unless they are cut off.

The ignoring kills them as I recently found out. He used someone else’s phone to pretend he was a woman named Linda and text me asking who I was that my phone number was somehow in their phone but did not know who I was. They asked for my name to see if they knew me. I said they had the wrong number but they kept asking my name, why?? Because I’m no contact with my ex and when he recently tried to connect with me I IGNORED HIM. He was literally checking to see if I had purposely Ignored his attempt to communicate!

I’m so lucky! My narc came back for a couple months after telling people lies about me so when she betrayed me very shortly after I just forwarded her love bomb texts to the people she told she was done with me and she thought she would basically use me till she had a new supply so all the people found out she was back with me after talking so much crap. It felt great! And now for sure she’ll stay away because she’s been outed! Lol

And yes .. I FEEL her energy still

Unfortunately there are two realities. 1. You do find another, and you may feel somewhat happy, but not really. 2. You do the most difficult thing and figure out how to heal, and eventually, someday in the future, you will receive such a deep seated happiness that is worth all the pain you must go through to get there. A lot of people actually miss out on the opportunity to really get to know themselves and what they truly want that will bring them the utmost satisfaction. It’s personal counseling that you may learn. Learn how to be okay, without someone dictating even a part of your life. You set the stage, your the main character, then the world becomes your oyster, all because you complete yourself.

I been where you are. I was in love with him. Then he quit me then he would pick me up again, and dump me pick me and dump me again. I didn’t know what was going on. This went on for years. I felt like a fool then and I feel a fool now. It hurts like hell. I was in love with him. But all he did was hurt me and talk down to me and used me when I know I am a good person. I cried for many nights. When he would ignore me or blocked my calls. After I finally realized I was nothing special to him, I started praying and asking God to move him out of my life and it is working. I don’t long for that demon anymore. I don’t cry anymore for someone who left me hanging with feelings I didn’t know what to do with. All I hope is one day he get a hold of some woman who will treat him the same way he did me or worse. Pray and it will get better.

Stay strong hun, you are not alone . I just got discarded after 3 years no contact he hoovered me and i fell for it . I thot i had healed and thot i will never fall for the bait but i did . I have literally wasted 15 years with this jerk.

This literally happened with me. He was moving on with someone while still wanna be around and maniuplating me. That was point i blocked him and guess what he stills wanted to show me he is around

All it is is copy/paste with the new supply. Different person, same behaviours. Narcs don’t change, ever. I’m glad I’m out. One day she will understand why I left him.

They stalk, harrass, me. They placed undetectable spyware on my phone, watching everything I do. Its creepy, & it caused me 2500 to replace my connected devices, & still.stalk me. Thank you for your help, with all your videos.

You're advice is absolutely spot on. I had suspicions of my ex girlfriend and her behaviors and after watching quite a few of your videos it just substantiated though stocks that I had about her. She absolutely turned my world upside down and now that life is in the rear view mirror and lately she has been making Surprise appearances and I suspect trying to entice me back. She is psychotic and needs help. By the grace of God I am in therapy and my compass has been set in the right direction. Well she has court dates and orders of protection against her last ex. She can only see him in court, but she dresses up and looks forward to those court dates.

It’s ironic that I came across this video. Me and my ex fiancé ended our relationship last month. He is a Covert Narcissist. We were together on and off for 5 years. Even though he moved several states away from me, I can still feel his energy around me. I noticed during these times, I can feel my anxiety level going up. It’s really strange. 😕

It’s the elder woman across the hall. My partner checks the peephole before going out, he does not want to run into her. She used him to get to me u til I finally figured out what was going on. I remember questioning things early on but she looked like a sweet old grandmotherly type that I didn’t want to hurt her feelings. Finally I started questioning her behavior. She of course looked shocked and cried and blubbered which just made me angry. It took three good confrontations before I had had enough. I even had to go to the building manager to make her stop.

I know he watches and stalks me. He is a Guardia Civil. 😂😂😂 Military Cop.

Yes I believed you about energy when he is thinking about me! I can sense it and I know he can sense my anger too!!! He is totally blocked from all of social media, phone and all types of communication! But he still stalked me, flying monkeys and he still come to the area where I live!

I always need to rehear the same message that a narcissist's new relationship isn't better with someone else, no matter how great it looks on the surface. My spirit gets crushed when I see that he moves on immediately ( and had his countless connections/affairs during 'our time') and I am the one that gave, sacrificed, stupidly/willingly believed his lies. I doubt my decision to leave. I think that it really wasn't all that bad. Flying monkeys try to convince me and blame me. Self doubt and confusion grip me. Letting go of the hopes and dreams and investments in a dead end relationship should be easier, but I grieve. It takes me so long to heal. What is wrong with me? They are unaffected and I am in shambles, even though leaving is the only healthy path.

I never realised I was with a narcissist until she left me, she left me because I had 1 glass of southern comfort and lemonade on a week day and she had told me I shouldn’t drink in the week so when I did she said I was on a slippery slope and started to make me think I was an alcoholic. She also left me because I went back to my old job that she hated for no reason. I could t wrap my head around why she would leave me for these reasons but now it makes sense. We loved together in her house and she kicked me out and was back on dating sites 2 weeks later. Really really messed me up until I started watching your videos and others. Thank you

That’s what I did ignore him and still do but he continues. Why can’t he go in another day on the weekend. I know there is no love it’s a competition with themselves.

He lives 2 houses away with the new supply… unbelievable.. lied and betrayed me. He’s been married twice! Both of them divorced him. He was also engaged and told me he can’t get rid of her. Then he admitted to being engaged TWICE!!!! He drives by my home twice a day to go and come home from work!!! There is another shorter route and it pisses me off. I’ve been a mess since January when she was there every day … I don’t wanna sell my home because of this piece of garbage 🤬

I've kicked her out as she's been cheating on me n the lies.she got stuff her stuff in my house.i really don't want to talk or see her but think ll bite the bullet n then I'm done with her.ill block her on media.its a mess she created for me

My ex has his new supply hating me because he has now lied to her just like he lied to me about the ex before me…it’s a never ending cycle

The end is when you decide, we have all the power really. Block them go no contact and stop looking back. Constant feeling that she's still lurking, and it's been nine months since no contact. The fact she told me straight, the last time I took her back, that she had been watching my profile through her "multiple accounts", and getting friends to watch for her, doesn't help. It's unlikely that habit has changed. However, I think we may over estimate just how much they are doing it. They don't want to waste too much energy on someone who has cut them off, completely.

This is the situation with, she befriend all my friends and family members, even my in-laws , also spying on me on social media . The sad thing with me is they all believe her

my ex and I are still vibing,three months out,she’s with the new guy the whole time,i’m working on myself..but I still get that twinge in that spot that was from when she was thinking about me..

Don’t feel sorry for them, your person was in their head and your real presence did not exist. Don’t be angry but find your real “ME” back so entering a new part of happy life 😉

Im 10 years divorced after 34 years married,god only knows why but he is in my head every day,not for love because I would not even break breath to him if i met him or his new supply,I am not on social media and could not care less what they are doing on their social media so i have no idea why he is in my head,people tell me he speaks very highly of me in front of his new woman,but i know he is trying to make her feel insecure, and i could not care less what he says because he never treated me right when he had me.

It doesn't matter if you block them they will stalk you
