Funny I immediately turned it off saying why do people put music to their cooking videos. The ad before was a Pandora ad with two girls singing a Bee Gee's song "You don't know what it's like" that has the wrong lyric which annoys so I was going to message them but they don't have a message facility on their page. Ha ha. Next time...now for the recipe. Nearly the same as my spanikopita recipe. Might be cheaper than buying filo. X

I m watching from Malta, Europe. This is how i make cannelloni. These are pasta tubes filled with different fillings. But i prefer to use these pancakes and then fill them as i please. I prepare a good tomato sauce and some bechamel. So when the pancakes are ready stuffed i add the yomato sauce followed by the bechamel and grated cheese. I assure everyone this is the ultimate pasta dish. Thank you xxxx

I made this dish yesterday to bring to my daughters for lunch today. We just zapped it in the microwave for 30 seconds. It doesn't need to be heated anymore than that, just enough to warm the bechemel sauce a bit to thin it, as it came out of the fridge. Then served with salad. YUM YUM. I'd even use the crepe recipe to have with maple syrup. I've been a vegetarian for 41 years and will be using the recipe over and over again.❤❤❤❤

This reminds me of a recipe my daughter loved from 50 years ago, that I was unable to find again. We just called it ‘stomach busters’ because we couldn’t stop eating. Looks similar to your recipe, except we stacked up the crepes alternately with the spinach filling. And you sliced it like you would a layer cake. I’m definitely going to try your recipe, a stacked version. Thanks for sharing!

I am making the spinach crapes for the last 40 years just a little different. Instead of Béchamel gravy I am using sour cream and ketchup and smoked cheese. It is my family tradition for many years for Friday night dinner adding roasted Peppers Salat and chocolate bunt cake.
