if you mid you will max Q , it gaves regen when you stand on river i sometimes max Q if can easy kill if you can caught their core like drow, sniper, clinkz, luna just typical carry that cant run if you outspeed their movement

In order to troll the enemies with the permanent bash. As leveling the 3-rd skill will mean more dmg on each bash.
