I still remember that before around 10 years a free Shampoo packet of 2₹ or a small toothpaste or small hair oil bottle used to come free in the Special Sunday newspaper in Gujarat (don't know about other states) sponsered by the manufacturing company. This is so True. I can relate to this as recently when I went to a kirana store nearby to fetch some household items, I observed that the lower segment people actually asks the shopkeeper for a string of 10 sachets of oil, shampoo etc. instead of buying up a bottle of the same.

Once I saw your first video, I was just hooked onto your channel. Your storytelling skills is really your USP which is amazing.

Sometimes small ideas give huge results! When a toothpaste company found that there was lack of growth in its business inspite of good quality standards and great customer response, it had increased size of hole of the tube. It had resulted into growth in its sales. A small marketing gimmick!
