Honestly i like how they justified their break up. It made sense. She is a banshee, she predicts death and she was afraid. Plus it means she still loves him so they can still be endgame

@@jasmine62997she can’t just avoid getting in the car with him forever. Eventually there would’ve been a situation where they needed to ride together. Like an emergency. To be able to avoid getting in the car with him, she’d have to avoid any possible emergency which is simply impossible.

@@fallenangel7966 It Is possible, actually. There was a famous married couple here in Italy that avoid to take the same car because her wife was risking her life by going into a car with him. The solution is to have two cars, and that's it. Doesn't make sense to make them to break up for such dumb reason.

Holland nailed that scene. People arent noticing that stiles and lydia were together for 15 years. You could tell that it was recent, based on her still looking heartbroken by it. Im pretty sure in a 15 year period they would have done a lot more with their relationship

I’m annoyed they broke up such an amazing relationship. I mean they could’ve just said Stiles was busy with the FBI or something. We waited years for that relationship and they tore it apart. The film honestly didn’t meet my expectations

Not going to lie, I agree HEAVILY. The only reason why I see that they did that because they're more than confident that Stiles is NEVER returning...so they didn't wanna hype up a reunion or even a "endgame" so they say. I believe they were trying their hardest to keep him from the picture.

That’s what I’m saying that if they ever make another movie Lydia would get help with her nightmares and her and stiles would get back together. I really hope that they do get back together.

That’s not enough to convince her it’s deeper than nightmares throughout the show and her whole banshee journey every feeling she has about death manifests even down to Scott when he fought liam what im saying is her mind is already set on keeping him safe and away from her. Like Jeff davis said banshees don’t really get a happy ending because a life surrounded by deaths and premonitions is a depressing life Her grandmother who was a sane woman once, went crazy before she died, Meredith lost her mind, and the banshee from 6b was left behind alone after the wild hunt with her dead son who wasn’t really there. Lydia may be the most stable but leaving her relationship is her tragic ending.

It's sad that it makes sense. But it's fitting.

people were calling her dramatic for that but honestly i would do the same. banshees predict death!! even though styles and lydia were the end game relationship , but also it didn’t have to end so simple. they could’ve made it more interesting by actually having stiles die exactly how lydias dream panned out. the movie had soooo much more potentional

I like stiles and lydia together, but i did find this scene interesting. Lydia seemed more sure than ever that someone would die. It showed her powers improved since season 5, but when she left stiles it weakened her powers, so stiles became her strength. I think people are skipping the fact that they stayed together for 15 years. Holland nailed that scene 👏 👌

She sort of predicted Derek's death. Though she was off on the timing by years. So what if Stiles still ends in dying somewhere down the line.

Perhaps but her dreams stopped when she left, so perhaps as long as they are apart he won't die. Or scott finally turns him and maybe that will change his fate

@@The_Memorial Scott won’t change him. Lydia just will keep herself away from stiles like Jeff davis said. But again he only wrote that in because Dylan didn’t want to return since he liked where he left off with his character on the show.

The fate was happening because she was with him that makes her the factor in all of it and she would have continued to have that dream every single night and that’s not fair to her either. Seeing the one you love die every time you close your eyes can fuck you up emotionally. It was better for them to separate for now.

Лидии приснился сон где она выползает из под машины которая попала в аварию, там везде разбитое стекло. И она ползёт к Стайлзу но он не дышит. Этот сон ей снится сново и сново до тех пор что она уже не может понять сон ли это или предсказание будущего. Поэтому она ушла от него. Потому что если она никогда не будет с ним в машине, она никогда не разобьётся и Стайлз никогда не умрёт.

No he’s alive, she kept having a dream about them getting into a car accident over and over again to the point it no longer felt like a dream about him ending up dying and her living so she left him so she never had to be in a car with him for that car accident to ever happen. It really shows how much she cares about him
