It takes me about 30 minutes to set up each stream, and this is why. There are a few tips and tricks that I also use to speed things up as this used to take 45-60 minutes before.

That is some IN-DEPTH checklist. I literally load up SLOBS, Twitch, a YT window for tunes, a window for DLive chat, the game then hit Go Live lol.

Sweet video Crash. It's good to see your whole process on how you start each stream. I also see a few tricks that might help some other people I know for their stream. So I will make sure to send them to this video.

Lol, in the last few minutes I get hyped for the show and with the A/C on in there my feet get friggin cold if I don’t put socks on. If I forget, I have to leave and grab socks during the show

Incredible video Crash! Will definitely use some things on here on my show. Just one reccomendation, especially for long videos like this. Maybe some time codes at the start of the video would help, cause it was divided into sections (Pre-Show and Starting). Just in case people are looking for something specific.

Thanks bud! I have all the time stamps in the description, but with future videos I’ll do kind of an overview at the start

Always awesome to discover the backsatge, even more if they are as interresting as yours. I knew there was a gigantic work load on your stream but I couldn't guess it was that much each day. I'd love a OBS review ! Showing scenes and how you work with mirror sources and nested scenes etc. In a word : AWESOME !

Great info here! I usually have everything linked to 1 multi action switch on my deck but this actually eliminates alot of stuff going wrong. Looks like my weekend is going to be a little different!

3 questions. What mixer is that? What is the program on the top screen that is showing the PC statistics? Also, it looks like you're using OBS studio but it has a streamlabs login screen, what is that?

The mixer is the Yamaha MG12XU, the stats program is called Sidebar Diagnostics, and it is OBS Studio, but I did a browser dock with the URL pointed to the Streamlabs events list.
