Ok can someone explain why didnt Moxie target the Ice-caly with Regigigas?, he says its because he banked on it not being tera fire instead of it not protecting, but the Ice-caly had already protected last turn. Was that just a brain fart or am I missing something?

252+ Atk Tera Normal Regigigas Double-Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Calyrex-Ice: 124-146 (59.9 - 70.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Regigigas would not have gotten the KO on its own. It would have needed Weezing to sludge bomb into that slot as well. But that would have been ruined if Amoongus used Rage Powder. Burning the Calyrex would have probably allowed Regigigas to survive the Glacial Lance, so I guess he thought it'd be better to gamble going for the burn.

@@quadc0014 i assume that when as one pops up saying "calyrex has two abilities!" that's literally what's happening, so it would interact in a weird way with neutralising gas, skill swap, etc., so they just disabled all that from interacting with it

@@quadc0014 well having two abilities is fucking stupid and definitely dlc privilege, but it not being turned off by neutralising gas is probably not a decision made to make calyrex more powerful, it's just trying to avoid coming up with a solution for a programming problem.

1. When Terapagos is terastalized Starstorm becomes stellar-type which is neutral to every type & super effective to terastalized pokemon 2. For whatever reason Calyrex’s signature ability As One ignores Neutralising Gas Hope this helps!
