If yung veggies ay kakainin mo na uncook/ fresh please don't put together with the raw meat. Same when you buy in market don't mix yung veggies in any raw meat.

@@pointofbeau5855 Please understand the importance proper food preparation and do not shrug off any food borne diseases. There are lots of pathogens in raw meat especially if you don't know where you got them. Number 2 of the Five Keys to Food Safety from DOH/WHO (doh.gov.ph/Health-Advisory/Food-Safety) is to separate cooked food from uncooked food. In this case, the customers might eat the lettuce which was mixed with the raw meat. There are laws governing this given that you are in the food business. see Food Safety Act 2013. I know this because we had a bakery business before. We did not serve raw meat but the food safety standards apply. I suggest you undergo food safety seminars or hire someone with Food Technology degree. They have a great business model and I only wanted to help them so they don't get in trouble in the future. @@donfelipeph8662 Thank you for this. I'm not in the food business, and my standard when eating out is pretty much basic, as long as the food is presented clean, I'd surely go for it. That's why I asked for further explanation, because at first, I see no problem in the vid until I read your comment. Hope the owners and readers alike would take your advice to heart🍻
