@@scoobert69 It's funny how people don't realize the actual meaning of the 1st amendment. For those people who don't know, the 1st amendment (essentially) states that Congress cannot make a law that prohibits your free speech. Things like Twitter, KZread, etc, are PRIVATE companies and therefore the 1st does not apply there.

I think the issue with the goofy looking doors inspired game was the audio with the little video. It literally sounds like the Seek chase theme but with the pitch changed. Don’t take me word for word with this but this is what I’ve gathered from Twitter.

you got that part on gamefams fnf game wrong the reason they were sued by the fnf devs is not because they used fnf's assets (most games do that already and they're completely fine with it) they got sued because gamefam partnered with SEGA and managed to get sonic officially branded and put into funky friday so SEGA noticed basically a ripoff of FNF as something they could sponsor instead of the original

I know with funky friday but when i was younger and didnt understand this i used to play it but gamefan are just baddies

one correction: atleast from what i know, funky friday wasn't made by gamefam, they just bought it and did the same thing EA does which is turn it into a profit making machine, however this doesn't change the fact that FF stole stuff from FNF and that the FNF devs didn't like the game, before and after the gamefam purchase of it

schlep be like that 40 year old uncle tryna report on drama because he saw one commentary youtuber making thousands of dollars (freaky friday 💀💀💀💀💀💀 SNF 💀💀💀💀) ff drama explained better (take notes schlep): funky friday (ff) was doing a collab with sega, this prompted reaction from the fnf devs saying they will "ask their lawyers what they can do about this" because at that point ff was making more money than fnf and using their IP to make a lot of money, the issue with this stuff is not only the money part but also that ninjamuffin (one of the devs of fnf and i think the main one) had a .txt file (notepad file) in the game files saying how you can do whatever you want with fnf's source code ip characters etc, you get the point, so if they were to sue they would most likely lose due to this small very little issue some people were siding with ninja and others with ff because it doesnt break any of the rules that they put on the .txt file; also worth mentioning that this .txt is basically proof fnf doesnt hold any copyright. but if you see into ninja's side you can see that ff got even more famous than fnf itself and is collaborating with sega, ff getting bigger than fnf and using fnf's own resources to make money from sega didnt seem good for ninja and the rest im guessing, i myself side with no one because i do not care
