RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2-3 leeks.
Salt.
wash well
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Potatoes 1kg.
Cream 350 ml. / 1 1/2 cups.
milk 1 glass.
Salt. Black pepper.
Caraway seeds.
Cook until halfway.
Wash.
Butter.
Salt. Black pepper.
Boil 5 minutes.
Cheese 80 gr. / 1/2 cup.
The potatoes are ready.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
Bread.
Olive oil.
Fry on both sides.
Large bunch of parsley.
Garlic.
Olive oil.
Salt. Black pepper.
It will be delicious!
