THIS REALLY HAPPENED?! NOT A MEME?! | Internet Historian That Zone Between Area 50 and 52 (Area 51)

This video blew my mind. To know somewhat about something just to realize it was nothing like I remember about it was an incredible feeling,. I thought I had minimal info because of clips of joe rogan on twitter or dumb news segments. THIS IS WILD THOUGH! I can't wait to react to more videos by him! I remember seeing the images of the briefing when I was in the Navy. I just had to sigh knowing that the one giving the briefing (most likely an officer) had been told it was a big deal while all the people watching (mostly enlisted) had to hold in laughter because they knew it was something that wouldn't happen and that their officer was doing a Naruto run.

All us regular guys knew it was a prank, but the upper echelons took it super seriously.

I love how Alicia doesn't understand it was a clear joke from the beginning and is increasingly more confused as the video goes on.
"If me and all of my friends ran in, we'd both be killed." That went over my head until now lol
The funniest things always started with the phrase "they can't stop us all"
Alicia whispering into the mic actually had me do the "drunk guy walking out of mobile home" meme in real life
This whole thing was pretty big, I only saw the Memes but I never knew that there was a Alien event that was organized like that. It had a pretty long life for a meme

At no point was the military afraid of the area 51 raid... They took it seriously as a possibility, and were detailed about it,, but they were not afraid... they were full prepared to arrest or body bag as many as would be needed if anything had gone down... They literally said anyone who wish to get in all be arrested OR met with lethal force if they continue

I was there when these memes were hot off the presses back in 2019; it was hilarious
If I had to guess what they meant by “Automated defenses” I would say they meant mines, as those detonate automatically. Either that or the meant things like C-RAM (Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar), which would automatically shoot down projectiles coming from above.

Btw Alicia IH also made a Fyre Festival video (it's one of his earlier ones so unfortunately not a thorough as his newer ones but still pretty funny) that explains what happened pretty succinctly, since you mentioned wanting to know what was up with it.
I remember the day people actually went there, they all looked like they had a lot of fun just being a general nuisance and I love it
I'm a bit glad that I'm not the only one who noticed that the limo driver was sending death threats to an attorney coming to his defense on the driving backwards case. That's some Eric Cartman level, ass-backwards payback, right there.

"I'll be honest, all I know is that fire festival was a shit-show" aaah, how convenient that Internet Historian has an amazing video about THAT TOO!
They never planned to actually break in, it was always a joke and a joke that got a bit out of hand since how viral it became. The Internet Historian presented it as if it was a real thing for jokes since that's how he edits and makes videos.

Someone following this outside of US when it was happening, I was fully expecting people to break in, or some massive campaign to dissolve the attempt before it happens. I was quite anxious about how it's gonna turn out before it was clear the dissolving and dilution of the meme had been successful enough. It turns out in US the dilution efforts had been strong enough, but I had no idea it was strong enough to completely rewrite history. All in all, for the best I guess, there was a risk that people would be gunned down.

Area 51 is where the US develops all its next gen aircraft Things like the SR-71 Blackbird, F-117 Nighthawk, and B-2 Spirit were developed there. Its in the middle of nowhere so you don't get there accidently if you wind up there you know what you were doing.
@CruelestChris
Жыл бұрын
Well, Blackbird was developed at Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works, it was sent there for testing. In a ridiculous program that involved the CIA creating an entire fake haulage company to move house-sized wooden containers around. Though the big thing it worked on was the U-2, its reluctance regarding the whole "taking off" thing is why it has that seven-mile runway.
I never understood the nuances of naruto running until I saw Internet Historian, then I realised that my natural run - which to me was just keeping my arms to my sides to avoid swinging, because I have a habit of misjudging my path and either hit people or things - looked like naruto running. So I've been unintentionally naruto running my entire life until I was 19.

Internet Historian did a video on Fyre Fest, it's incredible. An older and shorter video than this one, but a great watch, and gives you the important details of Fyre Fest.
If you ever wanna knows how scams really work, this situation illustrates it really well. Millions of people saw the ad. A little over a million clicked "attend".
