@@amandajones6481 I never understand any cruelty to animals. I grew up with a Great Dane called Tara and later an English Setter named Sherry and they were the best things that ever happened to me. Animals are the most loyal and loving souls if treated well and reflect back any affection shown to them 10 fold. Very sad that their are people out their who, in my humble opinion, are cruel and certainly should never be allowed to keep any animals. I believe in Karma and feel their bad behaviour towards animals might come back to bite them one day.

Hi Rose. We actually don't know if he was ever in a home, we suspect that he migh be a stray doggie - he is only 2 months old. In any case, the important thing is that he is healthy now and hopefully we will find him a loving family soon!

Thank you for the support, Bubamara! It snowed 2 weeks ago, so he must have experienced it and lived through it. However, it is snowing now every day so it is deffinatelt colder. The important thing tnow is he has shelter and we will find him a new home and family where he will be loved :)

It is amazing that no matter how dire these dogs circumstances are,.....if they think someone is trying to help them that tail starts wagging. And they also are usually so well behaved as they are getting a bath and being examined.

Absolutely! He never barked or try to move once I believe. Only 1 time when we showered him for the second time, but other than that - no - he was completely calm. And during the vet, the moment we put him on the table, he started wagging his tail :) So that was a great sign for us. For example, Beti, the other puppy we rescued she was nervous at the vet. Then again, we think Bear is completely stray puppy so it was his first time there :) Thank you for the support Tony and God bless you!

It is a difficult, sometimes heart breaking, yet rewarding thing to do by working with sick, injured or abandoned animals!! It pretty much is heartbreaking anyway you look at it because you rehabilitate them if they are injured and then you release them and it breaks your heart to watch them walk away! You know what you're doing is the right thing to do but it doesn't make it any easier. And then, there are the ones that are sickly and weak that you tried to nurse back to health and just when you think you've got it figured out, you lose them. They can't talk and tell you what they want or if something's wrong or what hurts. I had 12 baby raccoons inside, yes I said inside, my home was theirs so four different litters combined together with the youngest ones not even able to walk yet so that meant bottle feeding which truly is more of a syringe feeding and you have to teach them how to go potty or they will explode but it is a joy win they do open their eyes and look at you for the first time and that's when you see love pure unadulterated untouched pure love!!

He never deserves to be abandoned, no pet does, they are other creatures that would always give us the hope we need, who hates at least some pets, they just don't deserve it, especially now with the chaos today, we gotta take care of them

He was so frightened to be alone out there. How cruel to leave animals alone like that, and so young. Thank you for saving him. He sure needed a big bath after being out there. Thank you for saving this precious pup. He’s too adorable for words! I pray that who every adopts Bear that they never break his heart! Ive told all of my four legged family members that I will never break their heart. My heart always gets broken and I lose a piece of my heart when they cross over to the “Rainbow Bridge”. Animals are a gift from God and they should be treated with love and respect.

I guessed a lady's puppies in a video wrong once. They resembled my BC Tess's little pups so much. Even little wee BCs feet haven't grown out so much and these little ones were still short at about 6-8 wks. She insisted they were Corgis, Cardigan since they had tails (I hope) or Pembroke because they still had their tails (something the AKC encourages to sell them as show dogs-OMG!). Whatever, they were play-herding a cat around a kitchen to music as my BC pups used to do.

seeing his love of life and ability to love despite how he came into the world is so heart warming. I wish all the love and warmth to Baby Bear

My cat was about Bear’s age when he was abandoned,he was hanging around my dads shop,one of the guys went door to door to see who owned him and no one claimed him so my dad brought him home,he’ll be 2 in June in his loving forever home! :)

Watching at 6:45 am. Tears r literally falling down my face. He’s so cute. Love his little mama bark which will grow into big one as he gets older. He was so good getting a bath & at the vet. Thank u for rescuing him. Bear is a good name.

I want this little baby. But, obviously, I want all the animals that have been left alone. Take care of this sweet baby, and make sure he/she goes to a good home.
