This isn’t a prison, this is an escape room. Prisons are buildings that stop you from escaping at all costs. Escape rooms have a way to escape that you need to figure out.

honestly, what stopped you (and im sure there is something) from just using the creeper to blast yourself up the 1 block spot. for that matter! you could have used the trident to get the item frame down rather then wasting/using the snowball
