You are wrong. If you accept the citizen of another country and that country does not have dual citizenship then you will be denied residency in India. If you still want it then you will be told to relinquish other country's citizenship then apply for Indian residency. You will be asked to go through proper channel to resettle and investigation.

My Maths teacher was Sikh. My best friend was Sikh. My favorite restaurant is of a Sikh. My favorite music is Punjabi Music.
