Defeats the whole purpose of an earphone. Why should i have earphone on and noise is still entering my ear, i can just easily reduce the sound while im on the road and increase it when im indoors or in the right place.

I’d prefer to get the circlet but how much of an interference(background noise) especially in the gym on a scale of 1-10.

Thinking about one the main features of this headphone which is the ability to hear your surroundings when using the headphone. Why won't you use the airpods instead. I mean airpods are really good at transparency mode and active noise cancelation. And you clearly said and I quote " Although, I noticed that when I’m in a noisy place, say a supermarket or the gym, the music or the noise in the background kind of clashes with the music I’m listening to unlike when you use regular AirPods or closed headphones". So which means that airpods are still better than this. I guess. I was thinking of buying one but I'll stick to my airpods. Nice video as always, I think you should compare it with the airpods.

AirPods with noise cancellation are more than twice the price of these headphones. If one can well afford one over the other then one can’t compare. I think the open headphones have their market though.
