Mine made the opening! Woooo! Sorry, I don't get out much. #14 in the collection had to be a Les Paul Custom, and I told my wife that it had to be purple (I'm thinking quilt top purple widow). If it survives the journey here than Pearple might just scratch that itch. Let me know Austin if you want any pictures in better light.

I really liked that first flying V that was shown. I liked pretty much everything about that one.

That 3-pickup is sweeeeet. Three individual volume controls. A black racer is a snake, which has a very wide scale pattern.

i love those sunburst sg's, i wish they'd do a run of those under the Epiphone brand so itd actually be affordable

"Southern Black Racer" is a breed of nonvenomous snake in the southeastern US, which is probably where they got the coloration as well as the snakeskin pattern.

That red, white & blue V is totally Evel Knievel vibes as that was my childhood era. When everything was in that scheme being the USA's bicentennial in '76

Guessing if people are going to get the full Adam Jones replica, they want the Custom rather than the Standard. Or, they're simply over it OR just got the Epiphone, like I did. And I'm already over it.

Purple Custom is awesome. I have a Charvel Custom San Dimas in the exact same Disco Green color. I personally like the Red Cabernet and the Tobacco SG. Some cool guitars this week.

Good enough explanation as any. I got one and it's absolutely flawless in fretwork and build, and it sounds awesome. My ONLY critique is the inlays look kinda cheap and the PosiLock style strap button points are sharp enough to cut you. And, it weighs a ton, but I expected that.

Rick Beato was playing a wine red version of his signature model in a recent video, so definitely at least one more colour coming.

Gibson really needs to take better photos. Half the time, you can't see what they actually look like because they are too dark. A major company like Gibson has no excuses for not posting quality photos of their products.

I think the American Flying V would be cool if it had the "signature Buck Owens" style finish like the guitar you see Pat Smear use during NIRVANA'S unplugged & the stinger on the Flying V headstock

Same in West TN. Man, just hearing about them when growing up was frightening. Knowing they'd chase you! Never did see any though from my recollection anyway, only copperheads and water moccasins, which are scary enough.

I'm not fond of painted tops anymore! I had no problems blending stains with gold glitter and found I like it on the sides, but coloring out of car paint takes out what nature has to offer and you know as well as I, Don't screw with Mother Nature! Right.

man this channel is exactly like smithers from the malibu stacy episode. gibson puts a different color on the same guitar theyve been making since the 50s and everyone loses their shit. every episode is about god damn les pauls
