Well, now Itto is nerfed a lot and probably won’t be in the meta anymore

Now, I have a question. Since the moment the bountiful core applies dendro on enemy, can it turn into a quicken reaction with a target affected by electro ?

if u have electro on ur deck it wont proc bountiful core it will be a normal bloom core

Every update they break something and make it too strong. They didn't even fk with wanderer
