@@bobicus7765 counter counterpoint It takes twice as long to actually start the spellcast, is off your crosshair more than book or staff and bonks so easily on everything. Usually if I have a crystal sword I never cast with it, best use of it's ability to cast is to feint by charging the spell then cancelling to melee people that try to close in tbh.

I was trying this and it works pretty well. Actually made me enjoy wizard, instead of just sitting there for half of my match. On the downside, I get teamed up on more.

you should get invis as 5th spell, you get move speed and have the pve escape if needed

Go for ice mastery with ice bolt, zap, fire ball, heist, invis it's insane

I would try the ice mage build with overload the get froze for 2seconds every time an ice spell hits

I go for Ice Bolt instead of Zap mainly because Zal feels too weak early on. The slow of IB is so valuable when you get a hit off. Zap's damage unlocks when you get some +damage. Which tbh you had +2 true mag on your cap which probably helped too. Instead of Slow I have Ignite to clear mobs way easier, but I guess that depends on whether someone wants better spells for PvP or PvE. Rn there are probably also some less sweats running around, but when the playerbase goes down again Slow will be more valuable against the knowers/gamers.

zap is great but i like having ice bolt instead with invis and ignite then run staff mastery.....Arcane sheild for the melee defense no meditate..... 20 ignites helps clear and pvp ez

zap is hit scan with ice bolt you can get headshot multiplier and is projectile like fireball, use fire ball mid to far and ice bolt when they are mid pushing in so you dont kamikazeeee into melee wiz then gg.

Fireball right in front of them , knock them back over and over. Works wonders on fighters. Especially plus the slow lmao

This sounds like a not good setup… I’d run zap, ice bolt, chain lightning, haste and slow. Chain lightning is a skill check, i Insta kill everyone with double or triple chain even in solos.

Imo, fireball is a must-have in every build, you lose a lot of damage potential and utility by replacing it with another spell. Ideally, if you wanted to add ice bolt into that kit, consider replacing zap for it as they both serve the same purpose, but just have different effects and require different prediction.

fireball could easily be replaced with explosion as it does the same damage and it burns in a 1 meter radius. if you run ice bolt i’d reccomend running ice mastery, pair with zap and can run anyone down as both zap and ice bolt are both fast casted spells 💪 imo at least

I was able to get +1 knowledge junk qual gloves and +1 knowledge junk qual pants I like to run missiles , zap, ice bolt ignite and fireball in that order with the knowledge boost you're just missing the fireball at the start and can get it easily mid raid and can easily clear high roller ice caves solo

Honestly the more i think about it the more i dont think its that strong. Except for something like chain lightning. But overall i think its just a new build variant with ups and downs. One of the biggest downsides being you have almost zero utility, haste, invis, etc. So you cant really kite unless youre hitting every slow or its a pdr fighter without sprint.

Love all your videos the only thing I’d like more is if you talked more about commentary and shared more thoughts on the game. I know you do this live so it’s different just giving my opinion cus I appreciate yours in this game. You’re a fuckin beast!

So I noticed you break Boxes and Barrels, why not break the vases as well? Do they have a lower rate for higher tier loot items like gems and such? I do know the chance seems to be extremely low for any good gear type loot out of them.

personally breaking pots is pretty trash. the best stuff you can get from them is franciscas and lockpicks imo, otherwise you're getting dropped flawed or uncommon treasure which just isn't worth the time investment when I could be breaking crates or looting chests instead, just my opinion though.

bc of this spell he doesn't really need gear anymore in normal queue. highroller you'd probably need green - blue gear to do decently, but wizard is pretty strong now. Warlock and Slayer Fighter is still better though.

All you did wrong was not using intense focus. Rarely will you need to use more than 2 campfires a game. A little patience is worth being able to insta cast a fireball trust. You hit 2 fireballs on anyone and they’ll run. Ain’t no way a single class will try to push you. Food for thought

eeeh not so broken. If someone can't close distance, wouldn't they be dead with less spells too? Don't make solos pain for wiz's again, I hate having to kill mobs and sit down :( And as they add more spells... it'll be more painful to take this perk hehe

So tired of everything good for wiz bring broken. You literally said why we needed the perk "You can clear a room and still have enough spells left over" Yeah that is the point, itbwas either spend 3 years smacking mobs or Using all your spells and having nothing to fight with. Classes that can wear plate Can reach almost 90% P. D. R now and no one's posting videos screaming that they're broken

Lets be honest solos has been flawed and will probably stay flawed too many niche things to nitpick to try and make it fair. They might as well add a four man mode and remove solos. So it will just be duos trios and quads
